If you prepare for the job, and you have answers to most of the questions that the recruiting organization is going to ask, then you are good to go.

Tell me about yourself
This question always almost is the first question that every interview will ask you when you attend an interview. In answering this question interview question, you should be prepared to tell him or her about yourself and why you’re the best candidate for the position.

Here, you can tell the interviewer about both your Short term goal and long-term goal, E.g My short-term goal is to get a job in a required organization where I can utilize my skills and improve my career path. My long-term goal is to be in a respectable position in that organization.
What are your strengths?
Each person has strengths and weaknesses. It’s up to you (the interviewee) to identify them and then tell the interviewer. Below are some of the strengths you may want to consider during an Interviews.

Just like you have a strength, the interviewer can also decide to ask about your weakness. Having some traits can also be your weakness. some of the weaknesses in many people may include;

Here, the interviewer will like to know more from you. This question sounds “stupid” but it contains much knowledge in it. The interviewer wants to know what you have to offer to the company. Make your response confident, concise, focused so that it explains what you have to offer and why you should get the job. in answering this question, you can refer to the qualifications and the requirements in the job listing,

What are your salary requirements?
In answering this question, never share a fixed salary requirement if you’re a new job seeker. Experience candidates can share their expected salary and that’s fine. Always say yes as per the company norms for the job. The Interviewers ask this question to make sure your expectations are in line with the amount they’ve budgeted for the role. Before attending the interview, make sure to research and see the salary range of a similar job position in the organization or related position in other organizations.
