MOH Admission Portal

Logging into the MOH Portal allows the Ministry of Health (MOH) and any and all health training institutions, such as nursing and midwifery college applicants, to submit an application for admission and also check the admission list.

How Much is the Nursing Training Form

You can purchase the Nursing and Midwifery Training College Admission Forms (voucher) at any branch of the Agricultural Development Bank (ADB) , Ghana Commercial Bank (GBC), or through Mobile Money for the fee of Two Hundred Ghana Cedis, or GHS 200.00.

Nursing Training Forms and Mode of Application

Applicant must know that:

Applicants will receive a voucher that provides them with a unique PIN and Serial Number once payment has been made.
Make sure you have a specific phone number for calls and a personal email account for all of your correspondence. Please Note: Email addresses belonging to relatives should not be used.
Both your residential address and your Ghana Post Digital Address are required.
In order to access the application form online at https://healthtraining.gov.gh/, you will need both the PIN code and the Serial Number.
Please be aware that the online registration form can only be accessed with the PIN and the password that you generate for yourself.
Make sure you pay attention to the directions and complete all of the necessary steps for the application procedure.
To monitor the current stage of the application process, use the Personal Identification Number (PIN) and the Serial Number.
Please be aware that only those applicants who fulfill the prerequisites for admission will be invited to participate in a competitive interview at the institution of your choosing.

HTI Admission Portal

To submit an application for admission to Health Training Institutions (HTI) under the Ministry of Health (MOH) using the Online Portal, follow the steps that are provided below.

Log on to the HTI Admissions Portal.
Select the option to Apply, which can be found at the top of the page.
Provide the voucher’s Serial Number and Personal Identification Number (PIN).
Provide your information by filling out the form.
Include any relevant certificates and photographs.
Complete the application and print out the summary.
You should check the status of your application using the PIN and serial number on a regular basis.
