Eligibility for the Licensure Examination
Below are the eligibility to write the NTC examination for the month of September 2021: Holders of
- Diploma in Basic Education Qualification (DBE)
- Bachelor of Education Qualification(B.Ed)
- Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) and finally
- Candidates who wrote the exams but were not successful

Fresh Candidates | GHÈ» 350.00 |
Re-Sit (One Paper) | GHÈ» 150.00 |
Re-Sit (Two Papers) | GHÈ» 210.00 |
Re-Sit (Three Papers) | GHÈ» 350.00 |
Mode of Payment of NTC Examination Fee
The fees can be paid at any branch of the following banks
- Ghana Commercial Bank (GCB)
- Prudential Banks Ltd
Payments can be also be done through Mobile Money. Candidates who wish to pay through Mobile Money should dial the short code *772*51# and follow the procedure to make payment.
How to Apply for the NTC Examination
- Take Pin and Serial Number from the Bank after payment or SMS
- Log onto exams.ntc.gov.gh
- Enter your e-voucher Serial no. and Pin
- Fill in all the fields and remember to upload your passport-size photograph
NOTE: NTC will not accept any request for a change of photograph after the examination
- Review information provided and submit
- Print Summary of the inputs made
Deadline for Registration
Completed application forms should be received online no later than 18th November 2022
