Roles and Responsibilities

Support construction of multiple greenhouses across the country
Working with equipment manufacturers to develop and manufacture solutions that meet Agri-impact needs, leading to continuous improvement for cost-effectiveness and productivity enhancement
Responsible for maintenance of greenhouses and accessories
Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environment measures
Perform any other duty assigned to you by the Executive Director and Greenhouse Construction Engineers

Qualification Required & Experience

BA/BSc/HND/Diploma from ATVET in Agriculture, Engineering, Marketing or related fields
Experience in Agriculture, agro-industry, agribusiness or related activities
Experience in using MS Windows and MS Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Web conferencing Application, Information management systems

Other

Required languages: English and one local language
Travel: Must be willing to travel up to 30% of time
Must be willing to be posted to any part of the project areas

Knowledge, skills, and abilities

Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound judgment
Strong relationship management skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write reports
Proactive, results-oriented and service-oriented
