This means interested and eligible persons can apply for Limited recruitment to be placed in institutions where their services are needed when the portal is open.

Completed and obtained a university Degree.
Completed the mandatory National Service
Passed the National Teacher Licensure Exams
Will be ready to work wherever services are needed
