Ghana Armed Force 2025–2026 General Requirements

Eligible applicants should be

  • Eligible applicant must:
    a. Be a Ghanaian citizen by birth.
    b. Be of good character.
    c. Be not less than 18 years of age and not more than 25 years for Non – Tradesmen and not more than 27 years for Tradesmen by 30 December 2025.
    d. Be medically fit by Armed Forces standards.
    e. Be not married.
    f. Be not bonded.
    g. Be of minimum height of 1.68m (5’6”) for males and 1.57m (5’2”) for females. For Military Police only; be of a minimum height of 1.75m (5’9”) for males and 1.70m (5’7”) for females.
    h. Have six (6) Credits (not less than Grade 6)at BECE including English and Mathematics.
    i. Have six passes (Up to Grade D7 for Army Candidates in English and Mathematics and other 4 passes and grade C6 for Navy and Airforce in all subjects) at WASSCE or the requisite credit/passes in respective trade qualifications from GES at Intermediate or Advance Level.

Ghana Army Recruitment 2025/2026 Requirements

  1. Infantry/Armour/Artillery/Military Police. In addition to the General Eligibility applicants must have 6 Passes at WASSCE including English and Mathematics.
  2. Pay Corps. In addition to the General Eligibility applicants must have any of the following:
    • (a) Six Passes including English and Mathematics at WASSCE with Accounting or Business options.
    • (b) RSA Stage III in Accounting.
    • (c) Diploma in Business Studies (Accounting Option).
    • (d) HND Accounting.
  3. Engineer Corps. In addition to the General Eligibility applicants must have Technical, Vocational, Diploma or Certificate in any of the following:
    • (a) Electricians.
      • i. GES Intermediate Certificate in Electrical Installation.
      • ii. COTVET Certificate II in Electrical Works.
      • iii. City and Guilds Certificate in Electrical Engineering.

      • ii. GES Certificate in Plant Mechanic/Fitting.
      • iii. COTVET Certificate II in Plant Mechanic/Fitting.
      • iv. City and Guilds Certificate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
      • v. NVTI. Candidates must have 6 passes in JHS and Proficiency II/ Certificate I/ Certificate II.
    • (c) Survey Assistants.
      • i. GES Intermediate Certificate in Surveying.
      • ii. COTVET Certificate II in Surveying.
      • iii. Certificate in Surveying (GSSM)
    • (d) Painting/Sign writing.
      • i. GES Intermediate Certificate in Painting/Sign Writing.
      • ii. COTVET Certificate II in Painting/Sign Writing.
      • iii. City and Guilds Certificate in Painting/Sign Writing.
      • iv. NVTI. Candidates must have 6 passes in JHS and Proficiency II/ Certificate I/ Certificate II.
    • (e) Plumbers & Masons.
      • i. GES Intermediate Certificate in Plumbing/Masonry.
      • ii. COTVET Certificate II in Plumbing/Masonry.
      • iii. City and Guilds Certificate in Plumbing/Masonry.
      • iv. NVTI. Candidates must have 6 passes in JHS and Proficiency II/Certificate I/ Certificate II.
    • (f) Wood Construction Technology (Carpentry).
      • i. GES Intermediate Certificate in Wood Construction Technology.
      • ii. GES or COTVET Certificate II in Wood Construction Technology.
      • iii. City and Guilds Certificate in Carpentry/Joinery.
      • iv. NVTI Candidates must have 6 passes in JHS and Proficiency II/ Certificate I/ Certificate II.
    • (g) Welder & Steel Bender.
      • i. GES Intermediate Certificate in Welding and Fabrication Technology.
      • ii. GES Certificate in Welding and Fabrication Technology.
      • iii. COTVET Certificate II in Welding and Fabrication Technology.
      • iv. NVTI. Candidates must have 6 passes in JHS and Proficiency II/ Certificate I/ Certificate II.
    • (h) Topo/Architectural Draughtsman.
      • i. GES Intermediate Certificate in Architectural Drawing.
      • ii. COVET Certificate II in Architectural Drawing.
    • (i) Plant Operators (Grader, Excavator, Dozer, Backhoe, Wheel Loader, Low Bed and Compactor Roller).
      • i. GES Intermediate Certificate in any of the plants stated above.
      • ii. COTVET Certificate II in any of the plants stated above.
      • iii. NVTI. Candidates must have 6 passes in JHS and Proficiency II/ Certificate I/ Certificate II.
    • (d) Driver Recovery Technician. (Must possess at least a valid Driving Licence Class B with any of the under listed certificates).
      • i. CTVET/GES Diploma in Driver and Recovery Engineering.
      • ii. City and Guilds Certificate and Diploma in Automobile Engineering.
      • iii. CTVET/GES Motor Vehicle Technician (Intermediate, Part I, Part II and Part III).
      • iv. CTVET/NABTEX Certificate II in Automobile Engineering.
    • (e) Machining Technician/Weapon Technician.
      • i. CTVET/GES Mechanical Engineering Technician I.
      • ii. CTVET/NABTEX Certificate II in Mechanical Engineering.
      • iii. CTVET/NABTEX Certificate II in Electronics Engineering.
    • (f) Automobile Electricals/Electronics Technician.
      • i. CTVET/GES Diploma in Automobile Electricals and Electronics Engineering.
      • ii. City & Guilds Certificate in Auto Electricals/Electronics.
      • iii. CTVET/GES Motor Vehicle Technician (Intermediate, Part I, Part II and Part III).
      • iv. CTVET/NABTEX Certificate II in Automobile Engineering.
    • (g) Biomedical Technician.
      • i. CTVET/GES Diploma in Biomedical and Electro Medical Engineering.
      • ii. CTVET/GES Radio, TV and Electronics Part I.
      • iii. CTVET/NABTEX Certificate II in Electronics Engineering.
    • (h) Upholstery Technician.
      • i. CTVET/GES Advance Craft (General Tailoring Advanced).
      • ii. CTVET/NABTEX Certificate II in Upholstery Design and Construction.
    • (i) Hot and Cold Technician.
      • i. CTVET/GES Diploma in Refrigeration and Air Condition Engineering.
      • ii. City & Guilds Certificate/Diploma in HVAC.
      • iii. CTVET/GES Refrigeration Mechanic Part II.
      • iv. CTVET/NABTEX Certificate II in Refrigeration and Air Condition Technology.
  4. Signal Corps. In addition to the General Eligibility applicants must have any of the following:
    • (a) System Operators General. SSCE/WASSCE passes in Mathematics and Science or have a technical background).
    • (b) Network Technicians. At least one of the Diploma/Certificates below in addition to SSCE/WASSCE:
      • i. Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)/Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP).
      • ii. Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE).
      • iii. Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA).
      • iv. Software Engineering.
      • v. Network Engineering.
      • vi. Telecom Engineering.
      • vii. Server Management.
      • viii. Ethical Hacking.
      • ix. Cyber Security.
    • (c) Hardware Technicians. At least one of the Diploma/Certificates below in addition to SSCE/WASSCE:
      • i. COMPTIA A+.
      • ii. Networking Engineering.
      • iii. COMPTIA N+.
      • iv. Telecom Engineering.
    • (d) Radio Technician. At least one of the Diploma/Certificates below in addition to SSCE/WASSCE:
      • i. Telecom Technician (part II or part III).
      • ii. Electronic/Electronic Technicians (Part II or Part III).
      • iii. Radio Servicing Technician.
      • iv. RF Engineer/ RF Technician.
      • v. Power System Technician.
      • vi. Microwave Technician.
    • (e) Telephone Technician. At least one of the Diploma/Certificates below in addition to SSCE/WASSCE:
      • i. Telecom Technician (Part II or Part III).
      • ii. Repairs/Maintenance of Equipment.
      • iii. Electronic/Electronic Engineering.
      • iv. Fibre Optic Technology.
      • v. Cisco Certified Network Associate (VOIP).
  5. Information Technology (IT). In addition to the General Eligibility applicants must have 6 passes at WASSCE including English, Mathematics and Diploma or Certificate in any of the following:
    • (a) Network Administration. N+ Certificate from a recognised Institution including knowledge in LINUX/Windows Server 2003, 2008 and above.
    • (b) Database Administration. Certification in My SQL, SQL, and Oracle from a recognised Institution.
    • (c) Computer Programming. Certification in VB, C++ and Java from a recognised Institution.
    • (d) Web Designing. Certification in HTML, PHP, CSS, CMS, Adobe and Photoshop from a recognised Institution.
  6. Supply and Transport Corps. In addition to the General Eligibility applicants must have 6 passes at WASSCE including English and Mathematics and any of the following:
    • (a) Drivers. Professional Driving Licence Class B. (Minimum Class B).
    • (b) Supply Clerks/Storeman. Certificate in computer software applications (Word, Excel, Access, Corel Drawing etc) from a recognised Institution.
    • (c) Movement. Diploma/Certificate in Freight Forwarding/Air Travel and Tour from a recognised Institution.
    • (d) Fireman/Woman. Certificate in Fire Fighting from National Fire Service plus professional Driving Licence class B.
    • (e) Cooks. In addition to the General Eligibility applicants must have the following qualification from a recognised Institution:
      • i. HND in Catering.
      • ii. Diploma in Catering.
      • iii. NVTI Cert I & II/Proficiency II.
  7. Public Relations Corps. In addition to the General Eligibility applicants must have any of the following:
    • (a) Information Assistants. Diploma/Certificate (not less than one year continuous study) from a recognised/accredited institution in Journalism, Public Relations, English Language /Literature, Broadcasting, Communication Studies or Photo journalism.
    • (b) Photographers. Diploma/Certificate (not less than one year continuous study) from a recognised/accredited institution in general photography.
    • (c) Cinematographer. Diploma/Certificate (not less than one year continuous study) from a recognised/accredited institution in Fine Art, Film Editing, Camera Work, Lighting, Film Directing, Sound, Graphic Design or Animation.
  8. Ordnance Corps.
    • (a) Storeman/Woman. In addition to General Eligibility applicants must have 6 passes at WASSCE and Diploma in Business Studies and HND in Purchasing and Supply.
    • (b) Ammunition Technicians. In addition to General Eligibility applicants must have 6 passes at WASSCE and must be a science student.
    • (c) Tailors/Textiles & Cobblers/ Leather Works. In addition to General Eligibility applicants must have any of the following:
      • i. GES Intermediate Certificate.
      • ii. COVET Certificate II.
      • iii. NVTI Grade I & II.
  9. Clerk General Duties. In addition to General Eligibility applicants must have 6 passes at WASSCE including Credit in English and Mathematics and any of the following:
    • (a) RSA Stage III in secretarial duties and credit in typing.
    • (b) Typist Grade I and II Certificate from Government Secretarial School.
    • (c) Stenographer Grade II Certificate.
    • (d) DBS (Secretarial Option).
    • (e) Certificate in computer software applications (Word, Excel, Access, Corel Drawing etc) from a recognised Institution.
  10. Education Corps. In addition to General Eligibility applicants must have 6 passes at WASSCE including English and Mathematics and any of the following:
    • (a) Teachers Post-Secondary Certificate A.
    • (b) Teachers Post-Secondary Certificate A (French).
    • (c) Diploma in Education.
    • (d) Diploma in Education (French).
  11. Sportsmen. In addition to General Eligibility, applicants must have the following:
    • (a) Must be between 18 and 25 years of age.
    • (b) Proven track record in recognised sports discipline.
    • (c) Be proficient in any of the following field:
      • i. Boxing.
      • ii. Football.
      • iii. Handball.
      • iv. Basketball.
      • v. Hockey.
      • vi. Tennis.
      • vii. Table Tennis.
      • viii. Volleyball.
      • ix. Athletics (Track & Field).
      • x. Badminton.
    • (d) Meet GAF physical standards.
    • (e) Pass full medical examination.
    • (f) Exhibit discipline, good character and team spirit.
    • (g) Pass sports specific trials during recruitment.
    • (h) Shortlisted players or professionals will undergo justification in their respective sports disciplines.
    • (i) Applicants affiliated with clubs and actively participate in recognized Sports Association Leagues shall have an added advantage during the selection process.

Ghana Navy Recruitment 2025/2026 Requirements

  1. Executive Branch: In addition to the general eligibility, applicants must have a First Degree from a recognized University/Institution in any of the following:
    (1) Nautical Science.
    (2) Mathematics, Physics, Geography, Statistics, Geology.
    (3) Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Agricultural Engineering.
    (4) Oceanography or Geomatic Engineering/Hydrography.
    (5) Aerospace Engineering.
  2. Technical Branch: In addition to the general eligibility, applicants must have a First Degree from a recognized University/Institution in any of the following: Marine/Mechanical/Electrical/Communication/Agricultural Engineering. Marine Electrical/Electronic Engineering. BTech (Automobile).
  3. Supply and Secretariat Branch: In addition to the general eligibility, applicants must have a First Degree from a recognized University/Institution in Administration (Human Resource/According/Marketing/Banking & Finance), logistics and Supply Chain Management Ports, and Shipping Administration. Procurement and Supply Chain Management. Economics/Logistics/Commerce. Public/Business Administration/ Management Studies Purchasing and Supply. Port and Shipment Administration. Preference will be given to applicants with additional certificates in the following:(a) Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administration (ICSA) Final-Part.
    (b) Chartered Accounting of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) – Level 5

Airforce Recruitment 2025/2026 Requirements

Air Branch: In addition to the general eligibility, applicants must have a First Degree from a recognized University/Institution in any of the following:

  1. Pilot: Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Geography, Statistics, Computer Science, and Commercial/Airline Transport Pilot License or any other Pilot certificate from a recognized University/ Institution.
  2. Air Traffic Control Operations, Aerodrome/ Approach Control License, Physics, Mathematics/Chemistry/Geography/Statistics, and Computer Science.

Supply Branch: In addition to the general eligibility, applicants must have a First Degree from a recognized University/Institution in any of the following:

  1. Administration (Finance, Accounting, Marketing, and Procurement).
  2. Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) Final Part
  3. Chartered Institute of Logistics and Supply Chain Management (CILT) – Final Part.
  4. Logistics/Procurement and Supply Chain Management.
  5. Commerce/Economics.

Administration Branch. In addition to the general eligibility, applicants must have a First Degree from a recognized University or equivalent professional institution in any of the following:

Short Service Commission (Army/Navy/Air Force)

Eligible applicants should:

  1. Be a Ghanaian citizen by birth.
  2. Be of good character.
  3. Not be bonded.

  5. Must pass the Pre-Joining Fitness Test.
  6. Be of a minimum height of 1,68m (5ʼ6*) for males and 1.60m (5ʼ4*) for females.
  7. Must have the following:
    (i) BECE …….Six (6) credits at BECE, including English and Mathematics.
    (ii) WASSCE …….six(6) Credits (not less than C6) including Core English, Core Mathematics and Science OR
    (iii) SSSCE ………Six (6) Credits (not less than D), including Core English, Core Man, and Science. GCE ‘Oʼ & A Levels …..Five (5) Credits (not less than 60 including) English and Mathematics,
    (iv) GCE ‘O ‘ Level and not less than D in three subjects.

Engineering Corps

In addition to the general eligibility, applicants must not be more than 35 years by 10 February 2023 and must have the following:

  • Engineering with Masters in Sewage Engineering.
  • Mechanical Engineering with Masters in Building Service.
  • Masters in Structural Engineering.
  • MSc/MBA in Project Management with a First Degree in any Building Environment Discipline.
  • Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of working experience in the relevant field of application and must be a registered member of GHIE or requisite Professional Body in good standing and with a practicing License and Certificate from the regulating Professional Body. 

Catering School:

In addition to the general eligibility, applicants must not be more than 35 years by 10 February 2023 and must have the following:

  • MPhil in Hospitality Management.
  • Masters in Hospitality /Management/Catering Management.
  • With 3 years Post qualification working experience in teaching and practice.

Ordnance Corps

In addition to the general eligibility, applicants must not be more than 35 years by 10 February 2024 and must have the following:

  • Advanced Qualification in Ammunitions Technology/Explosive Ordinance Disposal
  • MSc/MPhil in Chemistry/Biochemistry/Chemical Engineering/Physics.

Legal:

In addition to the general eligibility, applicants must not be more than 35 years by 10 February 2023. Must have a First Degree from a recognized University or equivalent Professional Institution in any of the following:

  • Bachelor of Law (LLB). Professional Law Course (PLC) e.g. Barrister at Law (BL)/Post
  • Call Law Course certificate and must have completed Pupillage.

Air Force Only:

In addition to the general eligibility, applicants must have a Mad, Degree from a recognized University in any of the following:

  1. Engineering Branch.
    (i) Aerospace Engineering.
    (ii) Aeronautical Engineering.
    (iii) Mechanical Engineering.
    (iv) Agricultural Engineering.
  2. B Administration / Pay Corps.
    (i) MSc/MA in Development Finance.
    (ii) MBA/MSC/MA in Finance,

Medical

  1. Not more than 40 years of age for Medical and Dental Specialists.
  2. Not more than 35 years of age for Medical Officers, Dental Surgeons, and Clinical psychologists.
  3. Not more than 33 years of age for Specialized Nurses, Midwifery Officers, Pharmacist (Pharm D), Audiologists, Certified Registered Anesthetists, and Health Service Administrators (Masterʼs degree).
  4. Not more than 30 years of age for Biomedical Scientists, Occupational Therapists, Sonographers, Respiratory Therapists, Pharmacist (Pharm D), and Health Services Administrators (First degree)

Specific Qualifications For Medical

Applicants must possess the following specific entry qualification requirements.

Medical and Dental Specialist: applicant must have MB ChB/BDS or its equivalent from an accredited institution plus a relevant post-graduate qualification to the level Membership/Fellowship or its equivalent from an accredited College. Applicant must have a permanent registration with the Medical and Dental Council (Ghana) and be in good standing.

Medical Officers and Dental Surgeons: Applicant must have an/a MB ChB/BDS degree or its equivalent from an accredited institution, Applicant must also have a permanent registration with the Medical and Dental Council (Ghana) and in good standing Applicant with at least one (1) year post permanent registration work experience would have added advantage.

Pharmacists Applicant must have either a:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) degree from an accredited institution and should have practiced for at least two (2) years post permanent registration as a pharmacist.
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution and should have practiced for at least one (2) years post permanent registration as a pharmacist All must be in good standing with the Pharmacy Council, Ghana .

Specialized/Specialist Nurses: Applicant must have a BSc degree/Membership in any f the following specialties: Critical Care, ENT, Peri-operative, Emergency Care, Practice Burns, Pediatrics, Ophthalmic Nursing, Nephrology Nursing, and other specialists with at least one (1-year working experience post permanent registration in a recognized health facility Applicant must be in good staring with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Ghana.

Midwifery Officers: Applicant must have either a BSc degree in Midwifery from an accredited institution with at least two (2) years of practice post-permanent registration or a BSc degree in Midwifery from an accredited institution and a Diploma in Midwifery (RM) with at least one (1) year practice post-permanent registration All must be in good standing with the Nursing & Midwifery Council of Ghana

Health Services Administrators: Applicant must have a BSc/Masterʼs degree in Administration (Health Services option) from an accredited institution and must have completed the mandatory national service. Applicant should also have at least one (1) year of work experience postnational service as a Health Services Administrator.

Clinical Psychologists: Applicant must have an MPhil/MSc Clinical Psychology degree from an accredited institution plus one (1) year of work experience in recognized institutions as a Clinical Psychologists post permanent registration with the Ghana Psychological Council.

Radiographers: Applicant must have a BSc degree in Radiography and should; have practiced for at least one (I) year post-permanent registration as a Radiographer. Applicant must be in good standing with the Allied Health Professions Council.

Occupational Therapists: applicants must have a BSc degree in Occupational Therapy and should have practiced for at least one (1) year post-permanent registration as an Occupational Therapist. Applicant must be in good standing with the Allied Health Professions Council.

Sonographers: Applicant must have a BSc degree in Sonography plus at least one (1) year of work experience post permanent registration as a Sonographer. Applicant must be in good standing with the Allied Health Professions Council.

Respiratory Therapists: Applicant must have a BS degree in Respiratory Therapy plus at least one (1) year of work experience post-permanent registration in a recognized health facility. Applicant must be in good standing with the Allied Health Professions Council.

Biomedical Scientists: Applicant must have a BS degree in Medical Laboratory Science/BSc Medical Laboratory Technology from an accredited institution plus at least one (1) year of work experience as a Biomedical Scientist in a Medical Laboratory facility. Applicant must be in good standing with the Allied Health Professions Council.

Certified Registered Anesthetists (CRA): Applicant must have either a; BSc degree in Anesthesia from an accredited institution with at least two (2) years of work experience postpermanent registration or a BSc degree in Anesthesia with Advanced Diploma in Nurse Anesthesia with at least one (1) year work experience post-permanent registration. All must be in good standing with the appropriate regulatory body.

Public Health Officer (Environmental): Applicant must have a BSc in Public Health (Environmental Health) from an accredited institution with at 1. Public Health Officer (Environmental). Applicant must have either a: BSc Public Health (Environmental Health) from an accredited institution with at least one (1) year of work experience post-permanent registration or BSc Public Health (Environmental Health) plus the West African Health Examination Board Diploma with at least two (2) yearsʼ work experience post-permanent registration. All must be in good standing with the Allied Health Professions Council.

Public Health Officer (Disease Control): Applicant must have either a: BSc Public Health (Disease Control) from an accredited institution with at least 1 one (1) year of work experience post-permanent registration or a BSc Public Health (Disease Control) plus a Diploma in Disease Control and Surveillance with at least two (2) yearsʼ work experience post-permanent registration. All must be in good standing with the Allied Health Professions Council.

Chaplain

  1. In addition to the general eligibility, applicants must not be more than 35 years of age by 10 February 2023 and have the following:
    (i) First Degree not below Second-Class Lower (BA) in Theology or Religion from a recognized University/Theological Seminary/College
  2. An ordained minister of the Methodist, Presbyterian, Evangelical Presbyterian, SDA and the Church of Pentecost and be recommended for commissioning into the Ghana Armed Forces by the Head of the Church.
  3. A minimum of four (4) years of pastoral working and probation/internship experience, including two (2) years post ordination service in the pastoral field.
  4. Ability to speak English and at least one of the main Ghanaian languages fluently,

Imam:

  1. In addition to the general eligibility, applicants must not be more than 35 years of age by 10 February 2024 and have the following:
    (i) First Degree not below Second Class Lower in Islamic Theology (Religion) from a recognized University, Islamic Institution, or College.
  2. An Alim/ Phedeen (Islamic Theologian).
  3. Fluent in both spoken Arabic and English Languages.
  4. Ability to read and write good Arabic and English Languages .
  5. Practiced as Imam for four (4) years and been recognized by a recognized Islamic. Religious Institution/Body in Ghana.
  6. Recommended for commission into the Ghana Armed Forces by the Head of a . recognized Islamic body in Ghana.

How To Apply

Acquire a scratch card at THREE HUNDRED AND FIFTY GHANA CEDIS (GH₵250.00 from selected post offices nationwide.

Scratch gently to reveal the “PIN” code. The scratch card can be used three times until successfully submitted a record.

Log on to the recruitment portal @https://apply.mil.gh/with any of the following browsers:

  • Mozilla Firefox.
  • Google Chrome.

Read through the entry requirements thoroughly.

Ensure your mobile phone’s Cell Broadcast Message Service is turned “ON”. This can be done by going through the following steps on your phone:

  • Messages
  • Message Settings
  • Find “Cell Broadcast/Broadcast Message/CB Activation/Advertisement” depending on your mobile phone brand.
  • Set activation “ON”.
  • Set all channels to “RECEIVE” and exit message settings.

Then, click on the Apply Now Tab to open the applicant authentication page.

Enter your card Serial NumberPIN code and select your preferred Arm of Service, type of commission and click Submit”.

Enter your personal details and take note of the following from Pages 1 to 3:

Page 1; Select your desired vacancy and provide all other required data.

Page 2; Upload a scanned copy of your passport-sized photograph of dimension (170 x 150 pixels), enter a valid e-mail address, and personal mobile phone number in the format (233244123456), and enter any other required data.

Page 3; Enter the results of only the TWO required core subjects on your WASSCE/SSSCE Certificate, that is; CORE MATHEMATICS AND CORE ENGLISH. Enter your WASSCE or SSSCE Index numberWASSCE or SSSCE Certificate Serial Number. Upload only scanned copies of the following; WASSCE or SSSCE Certificate and Degree Certificate.  NB:  Each scanned document (Passport picture, WASSCE or SSSCE Certificate, Degree Certificate) to be uploaded should not exceed 1(One) Megabyte and should be in JPEG picture format only.

Click on the Preview button to see a summary page of all data provided. Read through this page carefully and click on the back button if there are any modifications to be made.

Click on the submit button and expect an instant e-mail and text message, which includes your unique system-generated Identification Number.

Print and keep a copy of the generated report as you will be required to present it if you are Qualified. However, if you lose your copy of the final report, go back to the recruitment portal, click on the PRINT SUMMARY Tab, enter your unique identification number sent to you by SMS/E-mail and order a reprint.

The closing date for submission of the Ghana Armed Forces Recruitment 2025/2026 online applications is Friday 31 October 2025.
