How to Verify Your 2025 School Selection Choice On CSSPS: 

Starting today, 29th August 2025, BECE candidates, parents, and guardians can check, verify, and confirm their 2025 SHS School Placement section choice.

Candidates can see below the procedure on how to verify their school selection choice for the 2025 BECE placement.

How to Verify Your 2025 School Selection Choice (CSSPS)

• Visit the online portal via: https://www.cssps.gov.gh/

• Login Requirements: Candidates should sign in using their BECE Index Number and Date of Birth.

• Purpose of Portal: It’s designed strictly for school review and confirmation—you cannot change previously selected schools.

Deadline /Closing Date For the 2025 School Verification Process

1. The verification and confirmation commence on 8th September 2025.
2. Candidates should note that this is not a new process of school selection, and therefore, schools cannot be changed except if there is an error that needs to be rectified.
3. Parents, guardians, candidates, and the general public are to take note and act accordingly.

How to Correct Errors in the 2025 School Selection?

1. Students who may have errors in their initial selection should call 05564541525. Or click on the edit button on the web portal after their selection details are displayed, with a copy of the original selection. form.
2. Students can also send emails with a copy of the original selection form to cssps2021@gmail.com 
3. Please note that the exercise is NOT to Change schools but to confirm the initial choice selected.
