KNUST Safe Arrival Packages for the Re-Opening of the 2020/2021 Academic Year

Our cherished students, stakeholders, parents, and well-wishers are informed that the 2020/2021 Academic year begins on Saturday, 9th and 16th January 2021 for the first year and continued students respectively.

Management wishes to take this opportunity to welcome all freshmen and continue students to campus.

In this regard, the following arrangement has been put in place as a part of our safe arrival package to receive our freshmen.

1. Transport will be available to pick students from Tech junction to the various Halls and Hostels.

2. Services of commercial transports embossed with KNUST stickers, will be also available to pick students/parents from the Tech Junction to the various Halls on Campus at an approved fee of GHC 10.00.

3. The police, KNUST Security, and the Students Cadets Corp will be present at vantage points to assist students and ensure their safety and that of their luggage.

4. Students who do not have accommodation may visit the Office of the Dean of Students for assistance.

5. Students who are unable to locate their hostels may visit the Office of the Dean of students for assistance.

We entreat you our dear students, on your part, to observe the Covid-19 protocols to protect yourselves to help stop the spread of the virus on campus as we prepare to resume academic work.
