I. MTECH IN WATER AND ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
To be admitted to the MTech in Water and Environmental Engineering, programme, applicants must hold:
a. BTech degree in either Civil or Chemical Engineering; or
b. BSc degree in Civil or Chemical Engineering; or
c. First degree in a relevant Engineering-related discipline. Additionally, applicants must have at least two (2) years industrial or work experience and also must attend and pass a selection interview if degree is a second class lower or pass division OR Hold HND in either Civil or Chemical Engineering with six (6) years industrial experience and must pass a selection interview as well as six (6) months top-up course before admission into the MTech programme.
II. MTECH IN ENVIRONMENTAL STATISTICS
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
To be admitted into the MTech in Environmental Statistics, applicants must hold a:
a. BTech or BSc Statistics/BTech or BSc Environmental Statistics/or equivalent qualification. All applicants must have a minimum of one (1) year post-qualification industrial experience.
Preference will be given to applicants with 1st class and 2nd class upper honours. First class BTech Environmental Statistics applicants may be admitted without the post-graduation industrial experience. Applicants with a second class (lower division) or lower qualifications will have to pass an interview before admission into the programme.
III. MTECH IN HEALTH STATISTICS
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
To be admitted into the MTech in Health Statistics, applicants must hold a:
a. BTech or BSc Biostatistics/Health Statistics/or equivalent qualification. All applicants must have a minimum of one (1) year post-qualification industrial experience.
Preference will be given to applicants with 1st class and 2nd class upper honours.
b. First class BTech Health Statistics applicants may be admitted without the post-graduation industrial experience. Applicants with a second class (lower division) or lower qualifications will have to pass an interview before admission into the programme.
c. Applicants with other Statistics or Mathematics backgrounds would be required to take relevant Health Science courses as prerequisites.
IV. MTECH IN FINANCIAL STATISTICS
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
To be admitted into the MTech in Financial Statistics, applicants must hold a:
a. BTech or BSc Statistics
b. BTech or BSc Financial Statistics
c. BSc Economics
All applicants must have a minimum of one (1) year post-qualification industrial experience.
Preference will be given to applicants with 1st class and 2nd class upper honours.First class BTech Financial Statistics applicants may be admitted without the post-graduation industrial experience. Applicants with a second class (lower division) or lower qualifications will have to pass an interview before admission into the programme.
Applicants with other Statistics or Mathematics backgrounds would be required to take relevant Financial Science courses as prerequisites.
V. MTECH IN CHEMICAL ENGINEERING
Entry Requirements
To be admitted to the MTech in Chemical Engineering, applicants must hold:
a. BTech or BSc Chemical Engineering or equivalent qualification from a recognised Institution. Applicants must have a minimum of one (1) year post-graduation or equivalent industrial experience. Preference will be given to applicants with first class and second class upper honours and may be admitted without the post-graduation industrial experience.
Applicants with a second class (lower division) or lower qualifications will have to pass an interview before admission into the programme.
b. Candidates who satisfy the admission requirements should complete application forms (3 copies) and submit them to KsTU admissions office along with all relevant documents (Photocopies of Certificates, two (2) Recommendation Letters, Letter of Motivation, and Transcript for those attending KsTU for the first time).

I. BACHELOR OF TECHNOLOGY PROGRAMMES (1 & 2)
To be admitted into the Bachelor of Technology programme, an applicant must have:
a. SSSCE/GBCE Candidates
Passes (A-D) in Core Subjects plus Elective Mathematics and two (2) of the following; Physics, Chemistry, Technical Drawing, Engineering Science and Building Construction.
b. WASSCE Candidates
Passes (A1-C6) in Core Subjects plus a minimum of (C6) elective Mathematics and two (2) of the following: Physics, Chemistry, Technical Drawing, Engineering Science and Building Construction.
c. GCE O’Level Candidates
Five (5) credits including English Language, Mathematics and two (2) of the following; Additional Modern Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Technical Drawing and Building Construction, as well as two (2) GCE ‘A’ Level passes in Mathematics and either Physics or Chemistry.
d. Mature Candidates
i. Must be 25 years old with legitimate documentary proof which is at least five (5) years old at the time of application.
ii. Must have two (2) years’ professional experience (A letter from employer is required).
iii. Must pass a written examination or show proof of two (2) credit passes in English language and Mathematics in SSSCE/WASSCE or any other nationally recognized standard high school level examinations.
iv. A pass in any two (2) subjects at Senior High School, ‘O’ and ‘A’ levels, GBC, RSAII.
e. Applicants with HND in the above four (4) year programmes will be admitted to start from level 300.
F. ADVANCED LEVEL AND PROFESSIONAL CANDIDATES
i. Candidates with part of Professional Certificates with a minimum of Part 1 of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, Association of Certified Chartered Accountants, Chartered Institute of Marketing, Chartered Institute of Bankers, Chartered Institute of Taxation, Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators, London Centre of Marketing, Institute of Commercial Management, the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (Diploma or level 4) etc. may be considered for admission.
ii. Candidates with Teachers’ Certificate ‘A’ and a pass in English, Mathematics and two business related subjects at the GCE ‘O’ level or Senior High School or GBC or RSAII etc may be considered for admission.
iii. RSAIII/ABC holders with passes in at least three (3) subjects may be considered for admission into level 100 or 200.
iv. DBS or other Non-Tertiary Diploma holders with passes in at least four (4) subjects may be considered for admission into level 100 or 200.
G. HND/DIPLOMA AND PROFESSIONAL APPLICANTS FOR ADMISSION TO LEVEL 300
I. HND FROM A RECOGNIZED INSTITUTION WITH A MINIMUM OF SECOND CLASS.
ii. Diploma from a recognized institution with a minimum of Second Class.
iii. Any Tertiary Accredited Diploma from a recognized institution.
iv. Any accredited Tertiary Diploma
v. Applicants who will be placed at levels other than level 100 may be required to complete general mandatory courses.
III. BACHELOR OF TECHNOLOGY IN ENVIRONMENTAL, FINANCIAL AND HEALTH STATISTICS REQUIREMENTS (3-5)
A. WASSCE/SSSCE CANDIDATES
Holders who have credit passes (A1-C6/A-D respectively) in the following three (3) core subjects: English Language, Mathematics and Integrated
Science plus credits (A1-C6/A-D) in three elective subjects with an aggregate score of 24 or better in the relevant area of study (including Agricultural Science or General Science or General Arts with Geography and Economics options or Business with Elective Mathematics option). OR
b. Mature students who have attained the age of 25 years or above at the time of application and have credits in five (5) GCE ‘O’ Level subjects including English Language and Mathematics, in addition to passing an entrance examination and/or interview.
c. WASSCE/SSSCE Candidates Holders who have credits (A1-C6/A-D respectively) in the following three (3) core subjects: English Language, Mathematics and Integrated Science plus credits (A1-C6/A-D) in three elective subjects with an aggregate score of 24 or better in the relevant area of study. OR
d. Advanced Level
Holders with credits in at least five (5) subjects at the GCE ‘O’ Level (or its equivalent) including English Language and Mathematics, plus at least two passes in the relevant subjects at the Advanced Level obtained in five (5) years and above. OR
e. HND Candidates
(First Class or Second Class Upper Division) in Statistics or related area with a minimum of two (2) years working experience will be admitted to third year (i.e. 5th Semester). Candidates with Second Class Lower Division will have to attend an interview. OR
f. Other Diploma qualifications from elsewhere assessed to be equivalent to HND may be similarly considered.
IV. BACHELOR OF TECHNOLOGY IN SECRETARYSHIP AND MANAGEMENT
Entry Requirements
a. SSSCE/WASSCE/GBCE Candidates
Candidates must have credit passes (A-D/A1-C6) in six (6) subjects. Three of the six subjects must be core (including English Language, Social Studies/ Integrated Science and Mathematics) and the other three must be in relevant elective subjects: Accounting, Business Management, Business Mathematics and Principles of Costing, Economics, Government, Geography, and Elective Mathematics.
b. GCE Advanced Level Candidate
Passes in three (3) subjects (at least one of the passes should be Grade D or better). Also the applicant must have had credit passes (grade 6) in five GCE Ordinary Level subjects including English Language, Mathematics and Science subjects (for non-science students) and an Art subject (for science
students).
c. Advanced Level and Professional Applicants
i. Candidates with part of Professional Certificates with a minimum of Part 1 or Foundation Stage of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Chartered
Institute of Management Accountants, Association of Certified Chartered Accountants, Chartered Institute of Marketing, Chartered Institute of
Bankers, Chartered Institute of Taxation, Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators, London Centre of Marketing, Institute of Commercial
Management etc. may be considered for admission. At least two (2) years plus credits (A1-C6/A-D) in three elective subjects with an aggregate
of post HND working experience in the relevant field.
ii. Candidates with Teachers’ Certificate ‘A’ and a pass in English, Mathematics and two business-related subjects at the GCE ‘O’ Level or Senior High
School or GBC or RSA II etc. may be considered for admission.
iii. RSA III/ABC holders with passes in at least three subjects may be considered for admission into level 200.
iv. DBS or other non-tertiary diploma holders with passes in at least four (4) subjects may be considered for admission to level 200
d. Mature Applicants
Applicants should be at least 25 years at the time of commencement of the academic year.
i. A pass in any two (2) subjects at Senior High School, ‘O’ Level, GBC, RSA II.
ii. At least two (2) years relevant working experience.
iii. Pass entrance examinations and/or interview.
e. Post-Diploma and Professional Applicants for admission to level 300
Applicants should be at least 25 years at the time of commencement of the academic year.
i. HND from a recognized institution with a minimum of Second Class.
ii. Professional Diploma from a recognized institution with a minimum of Second Class.
iii. Any tertiary diploma from a recognized institution.
iv. Any accredited Tertiary Diploma.
V. BACHELOR OF TECHNOLOGY IN LIBRARY AND INFORMATION SCIENCE
Entry Requirements
a. WASSCE/SSSCE Candidates
Holders who have credits (A1-C6/A-D respectively) in the following three (3) core subjects: English Language, Mathematics and Integrated Science plus credits (A1-C6/A-D) in three elective subjects with an aggregate score of 24 or better in the relevant area of study. OR
b. GCE Advanced Level Candidate
Must have five (5) GCE’O’ Level credits passes (grade 6 or better) including English Language and Core Mathematics plus GCE ‘A’ Level passes in any
three (3) subjects (at least one of the passes should be grade D or better).
c. Diploma Holders
Holders of Higher Diploma or Diploma in Library and Information Science or its equivalent from any accredited institution.
- Entry Level for Higher Diploma holders: Level 300
- Entry Level for Diploma holders: Level 200
d. Mature Applicants
- Must be 25 years old with legitimate documentary proof which is at least five (5) years old at the time of application. Mature applicants will be admitted at Level 100.
- Must have two (2) years working experience (with a letter from employer).
- Must pass a written examination in English Language and Mathematics to be conducted by the University.
VI. BACHELOR OF TECHNOLOGY IN DATA SCIENCE
To be admitted into BTech the programme, a candidate must, satisfy the minimum university and the Department of Mathematics and Statistics entry requirements.
a. WASSCE/SSSCE Candidates
Holders who have credits (A1-C6/A-D respectively) in the following three (3) core subjects: English Language, Mathematics and Integrated Science
plus credits (A1-C6/A-D) in three elective subjects with an aggregate score of 36/24 or better in the relevant area of study (Including Agricultural Science or General Science or General Arts with Geography and Economics options or Business with Elective Mathematics option). OR
b. Mature Applicants
- Must be 25 years old with legitimate documentary proof which is at least five (5) years old at the time of application.
- Must have credits in five (5) GCE ‘O’ Level subjects including English Language and Mathematics, in addition to passing an Entrance Examination and /or Interview.
- Advanced Level holders with credits in at least five (5) subjects at the GCE ‘O’ Level (or its equivalent) including English Language and Mathematics, plus at least two passes in the relevant subjects at the Advanced Level obtained in Five (5) years and above. OR
- HND (First Class or Second Class Upper Division) in Statistics or related area with a minimum of two (2) years working experience will be admitted to third year (i.e. 5th Semester). Candidates with Second Class Lower Division will have to attend an interview. OR
- Higher Diploma/Professional Diploma or other Diploma qualifications from elsewhere assessed to be equivalent to HND may be similarly considered. OR
- Ordinary Diploma (i.e. 2 years duration) in Data Science holders will be admitted to second year (i.e. 3rd Semester).
VII. BACHELOR OF TECHNOLOGY IN AGRIBUSINESS WITH ENTREPRENEURSHIP
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
a. WASSCE/SSSCE Candidates
Holders who have credits (A1-C6/A-D respectively) in the following three (3) core subjects: English Language, Mathematics and Integrated Science plus credits (A1-C6/A-D) in three elective subjects with an aggregate score of 36/24 or better in the relevant area of study (Including General Agriculture, General Science, General Arts, Home Economics, Business Visual Arts), are eligible to apply for the programme. OR
b. Advanced Level Certificate (GCE ‘A’ Level)
i. Five (5) Credits at the GCE ‘O’ Level, including English and Mathematics.
ii. Two (2) GCE ‘A’-Level passes.
iii. A pass in General Paper would be an advantage.
c. HND Applicants
Holders of Agribusiness and Entrepreneurship certificate or any Agriculture-related certificate with a minimum of second class lower will be admitted to level 300.
d. Diploma Applicants
Holders of Agribusiness or Agriculture-related certificate with a pass will be admitted to level 200.
e. Mature Applicants
i. The basic requirement for admission is five (5) credits at the GCE ‘O’ Level, including English Language and Mathematics, or passes in English, Core Mathematics, Integrated Science, and three (3) Elective subjects at the SSSCE/WASSCE Level.
ii. Candidates should be at least 25 years at the time of application.
iii. Must pass a qualifying examination conducted by the University.
iv. Must pass an interview.
v. Applicant must show proof of age with birth certificate or any other legitimate documentary proof of birth date which is at least five (5) years older at the time of application.
VIII. BACHELOR OF TECHNOLOGY IN HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT AND CATERING TECH.
Entry requirements
a. W ASSCE/SSSCE Candidates
Must have credit passes in three (3) Core Subjects (English Language, Mathematics and Integrated Science), and credit passes in three (3) elective subjects (Economics, General Knowledge in Art, Chemistry, Biology, Clothing and Textiles, as well as Food and Nutrition with an aggregate of 36/24 respectively or better.
b. Advanced Level Applicants
i. Should have six (6) Ordinary Level passes including Mathematics, English and a Science subject and
ii. Three (3) Advanced Level passes including Biology or one of the following: Economics, Agricultural Science, Chemistry and General knowledge in Art.
c. HND Applicants
Holders of Hospitality and Catering-related certificate with a minimum of a Second Class Lower Division will be admitted to third year.
d. Degree and Diploma Applicants
Holders from related programmes shall be interviewed before admission.
e. Holders of Cookery for the Catering Industry Parts I and II will be admitted to first year.
f. Holders of Cookery for the Catering Industry Part I (C60) with passes in English Language, Mathematics and Science will be admitted to first year.
g. Mature Applicants
i. Should be at least twenty-five (25) years.
ii. Should have five (5) credit passes at the Ordinary Level including Mathematics, English and anyone of these subjects (Economics, Biology, Agricultural Science, Chemistry and General knowledge in Art). OR
iii. Five (5) credit passes in WASSCE/SSSCE including English Language, Mathematics and Integrated Science, and also credit passes in two (2) elective subjects in any of the following: Economics, Biology, Agricultural Science, Chemistry, General knowledge in Art, as well as Food and Nutrition.
h. Foreign Applicants
Foreign applicants from accredited/recognized institutions with equivalent qualifications will be considered for admission.
i. International Baccalaureate
Applicants with International Baccalaureate are eligible to apply. Such applicants must also possess a proficiency certificate in English. (Please note that all certificates would be referred to the National Accreditation Board for interpretation).
Please Note
Applicants with Diploma (First class and second class upper division) will join the third years in (Level 300) while the rest with other classes will join the second years in (Level 200) of Bachelor of Technology programmes.
ix. Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
a. W ASSCE/SSSCE Candidates
Credit passes (A1-C6/A-D respectively) in six (6) subjects comprising credit passes in three (3) core subjects: Core English Language, Core Mathematics and Integrated Science plus credit passes in three (3) of the following subjects: elective Mathematics, Physics, Technical Drawing, Engineering Science, Chemistry, Metal Work, Auto Mechanic,Basic Electronics and Applied Electricity with aggregate 36/24 or better in the relevant area of study. OR.
b. Advanced Level Applicants
Five (5) credit passes at O’Level including English and Mathematics, plus, passes at ‘A’ in two (2) of the following subjects: Pure Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics. Such candidates will be admitted to year one (1) of the programme.
c. Technical School Applicants
Credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Integrated Science plus credit passes in paper I and paper II in any of the following areas:
Mechanical Engineering Craft Practice, Industrial Mechanics, Advanced Welding, Auto Mechanics, Heavy Duty, Refrigeration, and Agricultural Engineering. Such candidates will be admitted to year one (1) of the programme.
d. Mature Applicants
i. The applicant must be at least 25 years old and show proof of age with birth certificate or any legitimate documentary proof of date of birth which is at least five (5) years old at the time of application.
ii. Must have two (2) years professional experience (A letter from employer is required).
iii. Must pass an entrance exams conducted by the Department.
iv. Such candidates will be admitted to year one (1) of the programme.
e. HND Applicants
i. Applicants must have graduated with a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering with at least Second Class (Lower Division), and
ii. The applicant must have acquired a two-year post-HND qualification with relevant working experience at the time of submitting the application forms,
iii. Should pass an interview to be conducted by the Department.
iv. Such applicants will be admitted to year three (3) of the programme.
f. MVT 3, MET 3 and Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Part 3 Technicians Certificate Holders
i. Applicants must have acquired Motor Vehicle Technicians Part 3 (MVT 3) or Mechanical Engineering Technicians Part 3 (MET 3), Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Part 3, Certificate of London City & Guilds/Ghana Education Service (Technical Examinations Unit) and
ii. The applicant must have acquired a one-year post MVT/MET 3 and Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Part 3, qualification working experience in a recognised garage or related industry at the time of submitting the application forms and
iii. Must undergo a one (1) semester bridging programme and pass all the bridging courses with an average score of at least 50%.
iv. They will be admitted to year three (3) of the programme after the bridging programme.
g. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Holders
i. Applicants must have graduated with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at least second class lower division, and
ii. The applicant must have acquired a one-year post-Advanced Diploma qualification with relevant working experience at the time of submitting the application forms,
iii. Should pass an interview to be conducted by the Department.
iv. They will be admitted to year two (2) of the programme.
h. Foreign or International Students
All foreign qualifications will be referred to National Accreditation Board (NAB) for determination of equivalences and eligibility for admission.
Please Note: HND, MET 3, and MVT 3, will join year three (3) of the programme as top-up.
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering will join in year two (2) of the programme.
x. Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering
Entry Requirements
a. W ASSCE/SSSCE Candidates
Candidates with Credit passes (A1-C6/A-D) in six (6) subjects comprising three (3) core subjects: English Language, Core
Mathematics and Integrated Science plus a minimum of (C6/D) in three (3) elective subjects which include Chemistry, Elective Mathematics and any other science based elective subject such as Physics.
b. GCE ‘O’ Level / ‘A’ Level
GCE ‘O’ Level credit passes in five (5) subjects including English, Mathematics and Chemistry plus three (3) passes in GCE ‘A’ Level Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics.
c. Mature Applicants
i. Must be at least twenty-five (25) years old.
ii. Must have at least four (4) credits and two (2) passes (with science background).
iii. Must have at least five (5) years working experience in chemical and allied industry.
iv. Must pass written aptitude test (English Language, Mathematics,General Knowledge), and an interview.
d. HND Applicants
i. HND Chemical Engineering applicants with a minimum of one (1) year post-graduation industrial experience will be admitted at third year.
ii. HND Chemical Engineering applicants with first class and second class upper honours may be exempted from interview. All applicants with second class lower and pass will have to pass an interview.
iii. Applicants with other Engineering and Chemistry backgrounds would be required to take relevant Chemical Engineering and Chemistry courses as prerequisites.
e. Transfer from other sister Institution
Students who might have completed certain competencies in other institutions may be allowed to join the programme at a level to be determined by the department board.
f. Foreign Applicants
Foreign applicants with foreign certificates will be referred to National Accreditation Board for determination of equivalences and eligibility of
certificates.
XI. BACHELOR OF TECHNOLOGY IN COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY
Entry Requirements
a. WASSCE/SSSCE Candidates
Credit passes (A1-C6/A-D) in three (3) core subjects including Core English Language, Core Mathematics and Integrated Science/Social Studies plus credit passes in three (3) elective subjects, namely Elective Mathematics, Physics and any other elective subjects.
b. Other Certificates and Diploma Applicants
i. Five (5) GCE ‘O’ Level credit passes including English Language and Mathematics plus at least two (2) GCE ‘A’ level passes.
ii. NAB accredited holders of Diploma in Information Technology, Hardware and Networking or Web Application and Database Management related field from an accredited institution. These applicants will be admitted at year two.
c. Mature Applicants
i. Applicants must be 25 years old with legitimate documentary proof. Mature applicants will be admitted at year one.
ii. Must have two (2) years working experience (A letter from the employer is required).
iii. Must pass a written examination in English language and Mathematics conducted by the University or pass an interview.
d. The following category may join in the third year
i. Higher National Diploma or Higher Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent area with second class lower division or higher from a recognised Institution.
ii. A pass in Higher National Diploma or Higher Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent area with two (2) years working experience. (A letter from the employer is required).
e. The following category may join in year two
A pass in Higher National Diploma or Higher Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent area without the
required work experience
f. Transfers
i. The applicant should provide his transcript or statement of results, to check the course he/she has done. He may be required to take additional courses and be placed at the appropriate level or year.
ii. For international applicant, qualifications will be referred to NAB for determination.
xii. Bachelor of Technology in Oil and Gas Engineering
Entry Requirements
a. WASSCE/SSSCE Candidates
Credit passes (A1-C6/A-D) in three (3) core subjects including Core English Language, Core Mathematics and Integrated Science plus credit passes in three (3) elective subjects namely Elective Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.
b. Mature Applicants

I. BACHELOR OF TECHNOLOGY IN CIVIL ENGINEERING (2YEAR TOP-UP): REGULAR, EVENING AND WEEKEND OPTIONS). CANDIDATES MUST HAVE HND (FIRST CLASS OR
SECOND CLASS UPPER DIVISION) IN CIVIL ENGINEERING WITH A MINIMUM OF TWO (2) YEARS WORKING EXPERIENCE. SECOND CLASS LOWER DIVISION HOLDERS WILL HAVE TO ATTEND AN INTERVIEW.
II. BACHELOR OF TECHNOLOGY IN CHEMICAL ENGINEERING (11/2 YEAR TOP-UP – REGULAR):
a. Holders of HND Chemical Engineering Certificate with a minimum of two (2) years post-graduation industrial experience.
b. Applicants with First Class and Second Class Upper Division would be admitted without an interview.
c. Applicants with Second Class Lower Division would be required to pass an interview.
d. Applicants with other Engineering and Chemistry backgrounds would be required to take relevant Chemical Engineering and Chemistry Courses as prerequisites.
III. BACHELOR OF TECHNOLOGY IN ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONIC ENGINEERING (11⁄2YEAR TOP-UP – R EGULAR, EVENING & WEEKEND OPTIONS)
a. Higher National Diploma (HND) graduates
i. Holders of HND Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least second Class Lower Division.
ii. At least two years of post HND working experience in the relevant field.
b. Electrical Engineering Technician Part III (EETIII)
i. At least two years of post EETIII working experience in the relevant field.
ii. Must pass a bridging course for the duration of two semesters.
iii. Must possess EETI, EETII, and EETIII certification.
c. Foreign Applicants with qualification considered to be equivalent to HND will be considered for direct entry while those with qualifications equivalent to EET III will go through the bridging programme.
IV. BACHELOR OF TECHNOLOGY IN ACCOUNTING WITH COMPUTING (11⁄2YEAR TOP-UP – R EGULAR, EVENING & WEEKEND OPTIONS)
a. Holders of HND Accountancy/Accounting with Computing Certificate with a minimum of two (2) years working experience. OR
b. ACCA and ICA holders with passes in six (6) or more subjects. OR
c. First Degree holders from other fields or discipline may apply.
V. BACHELOR OF TECHNOLOGY IN PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT (2-YEAR TOP-UP, REGULAR, EVENING & WEEKEND OPTIONS)
a. Holders of HND Purchasing & Supply (2nd Class Lower or better) or its equivalent with a minimum of two (2) years post qualification working experience.
b. Applicants with Diploma in Procurement & Supply from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply (CIPS UK) qualification may apply.
c. HND Graduates from other fields or disciplines with a qualification not less than a minimum of 2nd Class Lower Division with at least five (5) years working experience in procurement related fields.
d. First Degree Graduates from other fields or discipline may apply.
VI. BACHELOR OF TECHNOLOGY IN BUILDING TECHNOLOGY (11/2 YEAR TOP-UP: FULL TIME AND PART TIME WEEKEND OPTIONS) CANDIDATES MUST HAVE HND (FIRST CLASS OR SECOND CLASS UPPER DIVISION) IN BUILDING TECHNOLOGY WITH A MINIMUM OF TWO (2) YEARS WORKING EXPERIENCE.
a. Second Class Lower Division holders will have to attend an interview.
b. Holders of CTC II Final (old scheme) or CTC III Final (new scheme) with at least passes in all the Four (4) major components. Also credit in English Language and Mathematics at GCE ‘O’ Level or SSSCE/WASSCE Level shall be required.
VII. BACHELOR OF TECHNOLOGY IN ESTATE MANAGEMENT (2 YEAR TOP-UP REGULAR, EVENING & WEEKEND OPTIONS)
a. Holders of HND Estate Management (2nd Class Lower or better) or its equivalent with a minimum of two (2) years post qualification working experience.
b. Applicants with Lower Class would be required to attend an interview.
VIII. BACHELOR OF TECHNOLOGY IN ENTREPRENEURSHIP & FINANCE (11/2 TOP-UP YEAR WEEKEND OPTION ONLY)
a. Holders of HND Entrepreneurship (2nd Class Lower or better) or its equivalent with a minimum of two (2) years working experience.
IX. BACHELOR OF TECHNOLOGY IN FASHION DESIGN AND MODELING (11/2 YEAR TOP-UP REGULAR, EVENING & WEEKEND OPTIONS)
a. Holders of HND Fashion Design and Textiles Studies (2nd Class Lower or better) or its equivalent with a minimum of two (2) years post qualification working experience.
b. HND Applicants with equivalent qualifications to HND Fashion Design from a recognized institution would be required to pass an interview
X. BACHELOR OF TECHNOLOGY IN MARKETING (1½-YEAR TOP-UP – WEEKEND OPTION)
Holders of HND Purchasing & Supply (2nd Class Lower or better) or its equivalent with a minimum of two (2) years post qualification working experience.
xi. Bachelor of Technology in Health Statistics (2-year top-up)

i. Candidates must pass at least (3) of the four (4) major components including Construction Practice and Applied Technology and Site Experience at CTC III or CTC II final (old scheme) including passes in their corresponding project works.

iii. Others: HND Estate Management, HND Civil Engineering, HND Interior Architecture and Furniture Production.
xv. Bachelor of Technology in Secretaryship and Mgt. Studies (2-year top-up)

To be admitted into Higher Diploma in Health Statistics, a candidate must satisfy the minimum University and the Department of Mathematics and Statistics entry requirements.
