New Release Date For 2025 BECE Results By MoE: The 2025 Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) ended on July 12, 2025, and candidates who took the exams are now eagerly awaiting the release of their results.

In our previous update, we projected that the 2025 BECE results would likely be released in late August 2025. We now know that the provisional results are expected to be released on 23rd August 2025. This announcement ensures that candidates, parents, and schools can prepare for the next academic placement process.

Once the results are released, candidates are advised to check their results via the WAEC online portal, Mobile Money services, or authorized WAEC offices.

It is important to note that there have been circulating fake documents and rumors about early release dates, which the Ghana Education Service (GES) has officially debunked. Candidates are strongly advised to rely only on official sources for information regarding the release.

The Ministry of Education is looking forward to seeing all first-year students begin their secondary school education smoothly. Candidates are also advised to visit the Computerised School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS) Portal to view their school placements once the results are released.

For students who are not placed automatically via the CSSPS, manual provisions will be put in place to ensure they secure a placement in a senior high school.

Candidates should remain patient, avoid unverified information circulating online, and regularly check official WAEC and Ministry of Education platforms for updates.
