Nurses & Midwives Recruitment: What to Do if you can not Find your Financial Clearance

The Ministry of Health wishes to inform professional nurses who are part of the 2020 batch, and the Nurses and Midwifery Council has verified that recruitment into the service will commence on Tuesday, 6th August 2024, at 12 pm. DEADLINE for submission of applications is Friday, 23rd August 2024 at 6.00pm

Persons who have issues with their recruitment financial clearance are to follow the below steps to get their details cleared before they can proceed to apply for the MOH 2024 recruitment.

How to Request For Financial Clearance

Applicants who couldn’t find their information in the system should use the form below to request financial clearance.

First, visit the MOH recruitment portal via https://hr.moh.gov.gh
Once you are on the portal’s homepage, you will see four (4) navigation menus: Apply Now, Learn More, Check Clearance, and Request Clearance.
Click the last option (Request Clearance) to take you to the clearance request form.
You will provide the admin with the following details (name, index number, phone number, program, year completed) for approval. NB: The phone number should start with 233, followed by the number. Ignore the “0” and start with the number. e.g. 233540938494
Please enter the details as they appear on your certificate, and then submit.
After submission, the admin must approve it before you can register for the Ministry of Health 2024 nurse and midwife recruitment.

The public is informed that the Ministry of Health does not charge money for recruitment and postings. Therefore, all applicants are advised not to make any payment for this recruitment. Whoever pays, does so at their own risk. Any person demanding money should be reported to the Chief Director of the Ministry.
