Following the release of the 2024 WASSCE results by the West African Examinations Council (WAEC), all awaiting results applicants to the Colleges of Education in Ghana are hereby informed that the application portal admission.coeportal.edu.gh is now open for candidates to update their results.

Applicants are to log into the application portal with their e-voucher details to update their choice of programmes and the results they obtain.

New applications are still welcome during this period.

Applicants will first make a payment of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHC300.00) into the CoE- Ghana Account at any branch of the following bank nationwide:

Consolidated Bank Ghana Limited.
ii) Additionally, payment can also be made through mobile money wallets: Tigo Cash, Vodafone Cash, Airtel Money, and MTN Mobile Money by dialing short code *924*8# from all networks.
Upon payment, applicants will be given the following information:

A Personal Identification Number (PIN).
An Admission Application Serial Number.
The Admission Website Address- coeportal.edu.gh

How to Update Colleges of Education 2024/2025 Admission Form

After accessing the website, through the above-given link:

Click on Apply Now
Provide the details of the voucher (Serial Number and PIN)
In the tab for registration type, choose Norma results instead of Awaiting registration.
After getting access to the online form, enter all the necessary information required including your index number, and Year of completion (2024).
Now click on the Verify button below the first sitting section to verify your results.
If you enter your index number correctly, your results will be automatically displayed.
From there, you can proceed to submit your application.
Note, when you try to verify the results and you get a notice that says “Insufficient Funds”, you don’t have to panic. wait for some hours/day and then retry. This is a general problem from the colleges not from your results.

Application Deadline

The Admission process will close on 31st October, 2024. So make sure to submit your application early.
