Following the release of the 2024 West African Senior High School Certificate Examination Results, the Admissions Office, UEW wishes to inform all those who applied to the University of Education, Winneba as awaiting results applicants to kindly visit their application portals and upload/update their records.

A copy of the candidate’s result slip and identity card in a pdf format can also be forwarded to admissionuploads@uew.edu.gh with your nine-digit temporal student number starting with 230………as the pre-fix.

Note that WASSCE graduates who are yet to purchase application forms can please do so and apply by visiting Apply To UEW | University of Education,Winneba to complete application forms.

Deadline for sale of application vouchers: Tuesday, 7th January, 2025.

Interested applicants can purchase UEW application vouchers from the following banks; Consolidated Bank Ghana, Republic Bank Limited, Prudential Bank, Zenith Bank, Agric Development Bank, Ghana Post, and GCB Bank or purchase with *887*9# on all mobile telecommunication networks.

How to Upload Results/Update Record

Click on this link: https://helpdesk.uew.edu.gh/admissions/uploadDocument
To upload files: Ensure the files are well named, Eg. Boafo ID, Boafo WASSCE, etc.
Click on Choose Files, locate the file on your gadget and upload
Do the same for the other files; note: it must be done one after the other
Click on “CHOOSE FILES” and do well to locate the file on your electronic gadget and upload into the system.
Do the same for the other files. Note: it must be done one file after the other.
Click on “PREVIEW” to view the attached documents.
Click on “SUBMIT” to have the files submitted to the University.
You may forward a copy of that to admissionuploads@uew.edu.gh accompanying the email with your student number eg. “UEW/230000093”.
