2024 BECE FOR SCHOOL AND PRIVATE CANDIDATES REGISTRATION PERIOD
The 2024 BECE registration period for school and private students is scheduled to start on March 11, 2024, and end on April 19, 2024. All schools and prospective candidates are encouraged to register within the stated period. Kindly note that the Council may be unable to accommodate late registration this year.
When is BECE 2024 Starting Date?
Per the information released by the Ghana Education Service (GES) on the latest 2023–2024 academic calendar for JHS and primary schools, the 2024 BECE examination is expected to begin in July 2024 instead of August. Meanwhile, the management of the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) is yet to communicate the release of the 2024 BECE provisional timetable to the general public, students, and parents and the actual date for the commencement of the 2024 BECE Examination.
