Admissions.uds.edu.gh | University for Development Studies 2024/2025 Admission

The University for Development Studies (UDS) online portal for admissions applications. All prospective students are required to complete an online application before being eligible for admission. Admissions into the University are strictly based on merit. Applicants are therefore advised against engaging services of fraudsters who parrade themselves as contractors for admission.

All enquiries regarding admissions should be made directly to the University using the information on the Contact page. For seamless navigation through the application process, applicants are encouraged to visit the programmes page for information on all programmes and their cut-off aggregates.

Application Procedure – Ghanaian Students

1. Visit any branch of NIB, ADB, GCB Bank, Stanbic Bank, Prudential Bank, Zenith Bank and Ecobank, and purchase UDS Admission Application e-Voucher
2. For applicants seeking Degree(BA, BSc, BEd, Medicine, PharmD and MLSD) and Diploma admission, the e-Voucher category is Undergraduate
3. For applicants seeking Postgraduate(PGD, MA, MBA, MSc, MEd, MPhil and PhD) admission, the e-Voucher category is Postgraduate
4. A valid e-Voucher must contain a Serial Number and a Pin. You can validate your e-Voucher by clicking
5. If you have no user account yet, obtain one by clicking the Sign Up button
6. In creating the account, you will first select your Application Category(Undergraduate or Postgraduate)
7. A valid phone number is also required for notifications during admissions
8. It is mandatory for all applicants to upload passport-size photographs with only white background. Failure to do so will invalidate your application
9. Fill all required fields and click on the Create Account button. You will receive an SMS containing your username and password
10. Once successful, proceed to login with the Username and Password created
11. You can always login to track progress of your application

Application Procedure – International Students

1. Request for international students voucher by clicking
2. If you have no user account yet, obtain one by clicking the Sign Up button
3. In creating the account, you will first select your Application Category(Undergraduate or Postgraduate)
4. A valid phone number is also required for notifications during admissions
5. It is mandatory for all applicants to upload passport-size photographs with only white background. Failure to do so will invalidate your application
6. Fill all required fields and click on the Create Account button. You will receive an SMS containing your username and password
7. Once successful, proceed to login with the Username and Password created
