Applicants who have not had an SMS can log in and check their application status following the below steps. This admission list is for the first batch of applicants. Applicants who couldn’t complete their application when the first portal was open can wait for the reopening of the second portal.

Below are the steps to follow in checking the ucc 3-semester topup sandwich programme.

Visit the ucc admission portal through the link https://admissionlist.ucc.edu.gh/online_letters/admList.php

This will take you to the admission list/staus portal homepage.

Once you are on the portal, you can do three things here to search for your admission status;

You can enter your First Name, Surname, and select Programme applied for in the search bar provided.

If you’ve been offered admission, your name and application status will be displayed for you.

From here, you can print out your admission letter.

Quick Note:

You can search using the first name only, surname only, programme only, OR a combination of any of them
You will need your applicant reference number in order to print your letter.
If you applied as a mature student, please use your index number given during the entrance examination.
