The Ghana Education Service has released the appointment letter for Graduates teachers who applied to be permanently employed as teaching and non-teaching staff under the Ghana Education service.

Successful applicants who applied for the Graduate teacher recruitment can now check their application status following the steps below.

First visit the official GES recruitment portal through the link: https://gespromotions.gov.gh/

Once you are on the page, you’ll need to first purchase an eVoucher Card at a cost of GHS10.00 using your MTN mobile Money wallet balance.

After successfully purchase of the eVoucher Card you then click on the second option that says “Graduate Recruitment”.

Now you’ll be taken to the next page. Here, you are required to enter your NSS number and the eVoucher Card Number purchased.

After entering these details, you then click on the Submit button to finish up the process.

Now, wait for the results/feedback to be display for you. If you’ve been selected or given an appointment letter, your name, and appointment details will pop up.

From here you can continue to print the letter and wait for further details from the Ghana Education service.

Appointment of Graduates Teachers for The Ghana Education Service

The management of the Ghana Education Service announce for the information of the general public, particularly graduate who have:

Bachelor Degree in education
Completed National Service
Passed the Teacher Licensure Examination
Applied for recruitment into the service

That the appointment letters for shortlisted applicants have been released.
Appointment letters can be accessed on www.gespromtions.gov.gh ( a fee of GHS 10.oo applies).

Appointees are to report to the Regional Directors with their offer letters, certificates, and other relevant documents for validation and further directives before reporting to the school.

Teachers have been deployed directly to fill vacancies in schools and repostings are not permitted.
