How to Apply for the GES University Graduates Recruitment 2020/2021

By this write-up, graduates who obtain their degree from any of the universities in Ghana can visit the recruitment portal and apply for a vacancy as a teaching or non-teaching staff.
Find below all the relevant information needed for the application of the GES graduate recruitment.

GES University Recruitment Application Requirements
Applicant must:
- Completed and passed the final-year university Education Examination and have no outstanding referral paper.
- Passed the Ghana Teacher Licensure Examination.
- Completed the mandatory National Service
- Candidate should be prepared and ready to work wherever they will be posted to by the GES.
Other requirements for the GES posting include:
- Birth Certificate
- Senior High Certificate (WASSCE)
- Junior High Certificate (BECE)
- SSNIT Number / TIN
- NTC Certificate among others.
- Undergraduate Certificate
- National Service Certificate
- Passport Picture
Without any of these, your application may not be considered. Once you have this information readily available, then you can proceed to apply for the GES Graduate Recruitment.
How to Apply for the GES Graduate Recruitment
To begin with, you first have to visit the recruitment portal from the address https://gespromotions.gov.gh/
Here you’ll see four options from the page. Select the second option as shown on the below screen.
Now select the option that says Click to Start filing forms.
Fill the Application form for recruitment into a teaching staff or none teaching.
The following details are what will be required of you on the form:
NON TEACHING
- Category of Employment
- Title
- Last Name
- First Name
- Previous Name (If name has been changed)
- Gender
- Select Status
Date of Birth - Nationality
- Marital Status
- Phone Number
- Residential Address in Full
- Ghanaian Languages spoken in order of Proficiency
- University Attended
- University Student Number
- Date Completed University
- NSS Number
- Region of NSS Posting
- District of NSS Posting
- SSNIT Number
- Program offered at College
- Major course offered
- Minor course offered
Miscellaneous
- 1st Region Choice
- 2nd Region Choice
- 3rd Region Choice
