Both teachers, Students, and the general public want to know when exactly is the reopening date for Basic Schools and JHS in Ghana.

The management of the Ghana Education Service is expected to address the public regarding the reopening date which they are still quiet about.

Due to that, there are some random dates circulating on social media regarding the Reopening dates for basic schools in Ghana.

According to the report, All Basic Schools are expected to reopen on the 3rd of October 2023. All Junior high schools are to reopen on 3rd October 2023.

Even though the above-stated reopening date has not yet been confirmed, it is advisable that all parents and students prepare as we await the new date to be soon announced.

Meanwhile, in another related development, The Director-General of the Ghana Education Service (GES,) has expressed regret for the delay in putting out the academic calendar for pre-tertiary schools for 2023. A Ministerial Committee on Schools Calendar was formed of which they are almost done with their work.
