“The calendar that we are drawing also looks beyond 2022 to 2023 and 2024 to see how we can gradually come back to the school calendar year, which ends in June/July and starts in September/October”.

It looks like the committee is now done with their work and the academic calendar which is hoping to look beyond 2022/2023 may be released next week.

This was made known by the Deputy Director-General of TVET service, in an interview monitored earlier. The Deputy Director-General is hopeful that the committee will release the much-awaited academic calendar to the general public next week.

He added that, “Technical Vocational and Education Training (TVET) schools have been told to hold on reopening school because the Ministry of Education says a uniform pre-tertiary schools calendar will soon be released,”

Meanwhile, Candidates who sat for the 2021 Commission for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (CTVET) Cert II examinations can now access their results online.

Dr. Fred Kyei Asamoah, the Director-General of the Technical Commission made it known that candidates can access their results online using their index numbers and unique reference number.
