The Management of Ghana Education service has given out the reason for Tuesday 7th March 2023 being a holiday. In a social media update, the management made it clear that Tuesday 7th March 2023 has been declared a holiday for schools.

It subsequently came out with an official press release to clarify further to its cherished stakeholders and the General public Reason for tomorrow’s holiday for schools.

It is announced for the information of all schools and the general public that Tuesday 7th March has been declared as holiday for all school children in Ghana.

This is to enable them have some rest after preparing vigorously for the Independence Day Anniversary Parade.
School resumes fully on Wednesday 8th March 2023. All parents and guardians are therefore to take note.

Any inconvenience created is deeply regretted.
