The Management of Ghana Education service earlier this week trained their technical staff ahead of the 2023 Placement. This was made known to the general public through the social media post on the page of GES.

“Training of GES call center agents and Technical staff ended today. The staff is fully equipped to address all placement concerns this year. Thanks for your patience and support so far.”

A social media update from the GES official page indicates that the technical and the help desk team are ready to answer all challenges that students may face during the placement process. If a student or parent can’t visit any of the solutions centers set by GES to address the issues with their placement, such persons can call the GES call centre and their issues will soon be addressed.

‘If you can’t visit any of our solution centers across the country, we are just a call away.
Our call center is ready. Staff trained as well. Preparations ahead of the release of #Placement2023.

In another social media update, the management of the Ghana Education Service gave out a helpline to the general public to call in case their wards have issues with their placement.

Meanwhile, the students who have not had outplacement are encouraged to visit the CSSPS.GOV.GH to self-place themselves.
