How to Pay for UG July Virtual Congregation Fees

The Congregation ceremony will take place online on Saturday, 31st July 2021, for the presentation of persons awarded degrees from the University of Ghana School of Law, University of Ghana Medical School, and the University of Ghana Dental School.

Various online sessions have been scheduled to accommodate the three categories of Graduands.

Approved lists of Graduands from the University of Ghana School of Law. University of Ghana Medical School and the University of Ghana Dental School will be available on the graduation list page for registration.

Graduands should check for their names using their University of Ghana ID numbers or surnames and log-in to register for the appropriate session.

Students with outstanding bills should contact the Student Accounts Office at the Jones-Quartey Building promptly to settle their bills.

It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that obligations on his/her account to the University are met to enable records to be cleared for registration.

Students with outstanding fees on their Account will be tagged and may be barred from registration and receipt of their UG transcripts/certificates.

Upon completion of the online registration form, Graduands should ensure that they register online before payment to avoid difficulties.
