You can access your payslip from anywhere either on your mobile phone or any computer with internet connection.

If you are a new user, kindly register by clicking on REGISTER FOR E-PAYSLIP. You will need a first-time registration code, which can be obtained from your Head of Department.

Please follow the below instructions thereafter to login for your e-payslip.

Open your browser on phone or PC and type the address https://www.gogpayslip.com/

Now you’ll be taken to the Controller & Accountant General’s Departments’ E-Payslip system page.

Once you’re on the page, you’ll be required to enter your login details to login.

Since this is your first time there, you’ll need to register before you can login and perform the next task.

To register for the account, you scroll down and look for the Registration Button.

Click on it to begin the registration.

You will be required to key in the following details for your registration to be completed.

Enter employee number
Confirm employee number
Create your password
Confirm password
Registration code
Enter email (if any)
Enter mobile number (Eg: 0244123456)
Confirm mobile number
Enter code shown

Once you fill in all the required details, then click on the Register Button to finished up the registration process.

How to Access your E-Payslips Online

After successfully creating/registering for an account, you then go back to the link https://www.gogpayslip.com/ and login.

Enter your Employee Number,

Password and the Characters shown to you at the login page.

Now click/tap on the Sign in button.

Once your details are ok, then you’ll have access to the Payslips.

On this page, you will see the below screen :

Now click on My Payslip and then select the month you wish to download or Print the Payslip.

Click on generate, then navigate to the Save or Print button located at the top of the page to save or print that months payslips summary.
