NABCO Trainees Monitoring Exercise, See What to Expect and Present to RMTs
In our last update, we gisted you about the NABCO’s rollout Plans for intensive monitoring of trainees. In that article, we made mention that, a team of Regional monitors was formed to help NABCO in carrying out the exercise.

The exercise is scheduled to run from July 1st, 2021 to October 2021 with the Educate Ghana Trainees being the first to be monitored according to the circular sighted.
As part of the arrangement made towards the monitoring of trainees, an SMS alert was sent to all Educate Ghana Trainees informing them about the monitoring team and what they should provide them once they visit their workplace.
“Dear EDG Trainee, Expect monitors from July 1 to 30, 2021. Provide your ID, Certificates, and timesheet for inspection. Absence will affect your stay on NABCO.”

Circular on Monitoring of Educate Ghana Trainees from 1st to 30th July 2021
Following the training of Our Regional monitoring team (RMTs), on the monitoring regime for the Nation Builders Corp’s (NABCO) scheme, you are by this circular notified that the schedule for monitoring commences from 1st July 2021, with the Educated Ghana Trainees.
Under the new monitoring regime, all RMTs will work collaboratively (within a zone) on tracking Module Implementation Partners (MIPs) and trainees on a Module-by-module basis.
Our Schedule for the current cohort of NABCO trainees runs till the end of October 2021 as follows:
2021 Schedule
1. July Educate Ghana
2. August – Revenue/Civic Ghana
3. September – Enterprise/Heal Ghana
4. October – Digitise/Feed Ghana
For the month of July therefore, all trainees on Educate Ghana should expect to be visited by the monitors from their zone. All trainees are to continue to attend o work regularly at all times.
As a trainee whose module is being monitored, Kindly make available to monitors on request the following:
- Your ID and proof of employment on the scheme
- Your academic certificate/qualifications
- Trainee logbooks
- Signed timesheet with a contact of line manager for the month before your monitoring
- And your professional registration (Licensure for Educate Ghana or a PIN/AIN for Heal Ghana Trainees).
Please note that your absence and/or refusal to have these ready when monitors visit can affect your continuation on the programme, unless you have already declined or exited.
We politely expect all stakeholders to cooperate with, and avoid obstruction of our monitors; including HQ Staff, MIPs, RC, DCs, RTCs, and other relevant state institutions.
All, monitoring teams must observe appropriate COVID-19 protocols on their visits. Thank you for your cooperation and attention.
