How to Change E-zwich Number on the NABCO Portal For 2022 Payment
A number of trainees have problems with their E-zwich card and when they go to the portal to make the changes, they always get feedback indicating that they cant update e-Zwich at the moment.

Most of these trainees always contact us with these issues looking for a solution. We’ve taken some steps to find why that feedback and from the findings, the following are the reason you can’t change your eZzich direct from the portal.
“Dear Trainee, login to your portal to ensure your eZwich# is correct. If not, Kindly update to current Ezwich you have before 12AM 24/02/2022”
From the information gathered trainees always faced the above issue Because of the rampant change of E-zwich numbers on the portal.
That, some Payments are still being processed because during the time they were verifying the New/Changed/Now submitted eZwich, some trainees went into their portals and changed their eZwich numbers again. So they have to be verified again and this would take up to 21 working days again.
NABCO advises trainees that rampant changing of E-zwich cards without any valid reason would only lead to longer payment processing times. And due to these rampant changes, NABCO has blocked the eZwich Numbers field in the trainee’s portals.
That those who have less than 9 digit numbers or more than 10 digit numbers that are clear invalid digits can however update their portals.
All other legitimate changes should be reported via Regional Coordinators for releases so they can update.
Trainees without eZwich numbers in their portals are advised to provide valid eZwich numbers before being validated. Their payment cannot be made if they have no valid eZwich card numbers.
Trainees who have done card “replacements”, should not “changed” cards, need not change their portals else it would delay their payment due to re-verifications of new eZwich numbers. This could take up to 21 working days.
That Challenges with the loading of funds must be addressed to cardholders banks and the banks must liaise with GhIPSS to resolve. NABCO has no capacity to resolve funds loading challenges, please.
How to Change your E-zwich Card Number
- In other to change your E-zwich card number on the portal, you have to first login to the portal.
- Then locate Update info Button
- Now locate the ezwich column and delete the old number
- Enter the New number and Select the Card type in the field
- Click on the save button
- An OTP will be sent to your Phone
- Enter the code and you are done.
- Your Ezwich card number will be changed.

You can now do that. The portal has been open for all those who want to change their e-zwich to do so. If you have issues changing your e-zwich, you can take advantage and do that now before NABCO close that section again. Thanks.

It won’t be open again. See your District coordinator for him to take the new e-zwich details and give to the Regional Cord for the changes.
