In this article, we are going to give you a simple solution to the ERROR OCCURED feedback and how to easily login to the National Identification Authority (NIA) 2021 recruitment portal and submit your application.

Find below How to Login and Apply for the NIA 2021 official Recruitment.

First, visit the portal follow the Application guide here.

Once you are on the portal, create a New Application using your Ghana Card PIN and a password. But if you’ve already created an account, you then skip and Login

Now Confirm your details and proceed to the personal information section. This section includes your Personal details and educational background.

Please note this section well. This is where most people find it challenging.

Under the educational qualification, enter your details there including:

The Name of Institution
Qualification and graduation year.

Here, make sure to enter the right information and after that, come one step down, you will see a GREEN Plus (+) button. Click on it to add the educational qualification.

Now click on the submit button to continue.

Upload all the required certificates in PDFs not more than 1MB.

Submit the Application and you should be able to go through it.

Quick Notice:

Please you can use both PC and Phone for the Simple online registration.

But as it stands now, using the phone is much smoother than a PC or Computer. So if you used PC and still have the ERROR OCCURRED message, then is advisable you switch to phone.

From our experience with the NIA application/recruitment portal using a phone, It’s always recommended to use Opera Mini browser or phonix browser for the application.
