University of Ghana Supplementary Re-sit Registration For 2nd Semester Courses

Candidates are to note that the deadline for supplementary re-sits registration for second-semester courses has been changed to  Friday, 16th April 2021.

This deadline supersedes the later date indicated in the Academic Calendar for the 2020/2021 academic year -First-semester level 200/300 batch.

 

Registration Guidelines for 1st Semester Courses – Undergraduate Students Who Should Have Completed Their Programmes.

 

These are further guidelines for Supplementary Re-Sit Examinations (1st Semester Courses) for students who should have completed their programmes in the following academic years only: 2016/2017, 2017/2018, 2018/2019, and 2019/2020.  Continuing students should NOT follow this process but use the normal STS re-sit portal to register.

The procedure for supplementary re-sit registration for students who should have completed is as follows:

Step 1:

Refer to the schedule of fees at the end of this brief to determine exactly how much to pay.

Step 2:

Students who should have completed are to pay the relevant fees and register online using the normal “REGISTER/PAY FOR RE-SIT” link in the STS portal.  Detailed instructions to do this can be found here:

Please note:

  • Re-sit registration is for SECOND SEMESTER COURSES ONLY.
  • Students may register up to a maximum of 18 credit hours.
  • Re-sit registration is for failed courses (Grade E or F) only.
  • Deadline for the re-sit registration is Friday, April 16th, 2020.
  • The Supplementary re-sit examinations will be conducted through a variety of modes depending of the course involved.
  • The examinations are scheduled for  Monday, 7th June to Sunday, 2oth June 2021. This excludes Distance Education Programme students, please.

Students should report any clashes in the Timetable to their respective College Academic Offices as follows:
