The Waec Wassce Timetable Now Out: See Actual Starting Date For Wassce 2024.

The timetable is a tabular schedule of examination dates, times, and subjects to be written by the Wassce students in the 2024 Waec Senior high school examination across West Africa.

Candidates who will be writing the examination are advised to take note of the newly released timetable. This will serve/guide them in their learning towards the final year Wassce examination.

The 2024 Wassce will begin on Monday, 5th August 2024, and end on Friday, September 20, 2024.

Answer: Yes, the Wassce 2024 final Timetable for school candidates is out and all 2024 Wassce Candidates are writing the following subjects; Basketry 3 (Project Work) Ceramics 3 (Project Work) Graphic Design 3 (Project Work) Jewellery 3 (Project Work) Leatherwork 3 (Project Work) Picture Making 3 (Project Work) Sculpture 3 (Project Work) Textiles 3 (Project Work)are to have their projects on Monday, 5th August 2024 to Friday 23rd August 2024.

Which core Subject is first on the WASSCE 2024 Timetable?

Wassce 2024 candidates are to write the English Language Oral on Wednesday, 21st August 2024, followed by the social studies papers 1-2, which come on Monday, 26th September 2024.

Students writing the 2024/2025 Waec senior high examination are advised to take note of the Final Timetable so they can prepare well for the examination.

Notes

1. Difference in Time on Question Paper and Timetable

Where the duration indicated on the question paper differs from that on the timetable, the one on the question paper should be followed.

2. Question Papers to be given out in advance of the dates they are to be taken

General Knowledge-In-Art Paper 3: The question paper for General Knowledge-In-Art 3 will be given to candidates two weeks before the paper is due to be taken.
Project Work Papers: The question papers for project work for Basketry, Graphic Design, Leatherwork, Ceramics, Sculpture, Picture Making, Textiles, and Jewellery, will be forwarded to candidates two weeks in advance of the examination. The exact date for the delivery of question papers to candidates will be communicated to them through their schools.

3. Extra Time for Candidates with visual impairment and hearing impairment

Visually impaired and hearing impaired candidates should be allowed one and half times the time allotted to other candidates.
