Last week, the management of the West African Examination Council (WAEC) gave an official statement regarding the release of the 2022 BECE results. In that update it was made clear that, the target date for the release of results for the BECE for both School and Private Candidates 2022 is Wednesday, 25th January 2023.

According to waec, Investigations are ongoing into examination irregularity cases detected during and after the conduct of the examination.

With today being the target date set by waec, candidates who are eager to see their results are asking whether the results would really be released since the day is almost getting to the end without any sign of the results coming.

In an attempt to answer these questions as to weather the results will be out today, we will look at the time at which last years (2021) BECE results were released.

In 2021, the BECE results were released within the hour of 8:00pm to 9:00pm. So it is expected that, Waec may also want to release this years results around that same hours. But if they are not able to do so, then Students should expect the results to be out by tomorrow 26th January, 2023.
