Following the release of the 2024 SHS Placement of the 2024 BECE graduates, most of the senior high schools in Ghana have released their online admission portal for students who live afar to login and download the various admission documents, Fill, and endorse before reporting to the school.
As a student who has just been placed in an SHS, you can log in to the Senior High Schools Admission portal to download these documents.

How To Download Admission Letters & Other School Documents Online
- First, open your web browser on your phone or PC and enter the address: https://myshsadmission.com
- Once the page is one, select your School from the list of schools.
- Now Enter your JHS Index Number, and click on the button labeled “Login”.
- after successfully Login, your full name, and other alerts will be displayed for you.
- Click on “Continue to Payment” to pay the online admission processing fee.
- A token would be sent to your number for verification, check your message for the SMS.
- Enter the token and then continue to authorize the payment.
You can also follow the steps below to authorize and complete the payment.
- Dial *170# and select Option 6 (My Wallet)
- Select Option 3 ( My Approval)
- Enter MoMo PIN to get your Pending Approval List
- Select the pending transaction to approve
- Select Option 1
- YES to approve the transaction or (Option 2 )NO to reject the transaction.
After successful payment, visit (https://myshsadmission.com) enter your JHS Index Number once again, and Click “Login”
Now, click on “Complete Personal Records Form” to fill in your personal details and complete the form. Here you can download the other relevant form, print and carry them along when you report to the school.

Parents are to make available the following documents when reporting to the school
- Placement form
- Results slip
- Enrolment form (Endorsed by Your JHS Headteacher)
- Three (3) recent passport-size photographs
