NABCO: Check Your Payment Status and Do this, If you still Have Problem
For the past months, most of the Nation Builders Corp’s (NABCO) trainees have some challenges with their payment and this has become a headache to these trainees.

Quite a number of them always took to social media (Facebook) to lodge their disappointment and frustration concerning the payment of NABCO stipends.
These trainees with payment arrears for several months have been suffering both emotional and physical since they don’t get any update with regards to what’s keeping their stipends.
It seems the narrative is now about to change since NABCO has put in the work to always update trainees with the current happenings through their portal.
In January 2020, an additional feature was added to the trainees portal which seeks to show each trainee his or her payment status during the course of the programme.
Trainees can see what went wrong and why they have not been paid for a particular month.
But what’s not clear were those with arrears. Most of them were not told anything and their Payment history for the month they have the arrears was empty.
No, any reason was given to them under the remark section. This once again brings the same frustration to this section of trainees.
These trainees want to see the remarks for those months they were not paid in order to know if they still have hope.
Now NABCO has listened to the trainees and has decided to update each trainee with payment arrears with the status and the remarks.
This means, if you are not paid for a certain month, you’ll be able to see if the payment is still under processing, or not.
If you are eligible for payment you should see payment status as “processing”, but if you are not, you’ll also be displayed with the message and the reason for not being eligible.
Each and every trainee with arrears can now check his portal and see the payment status and the remarks.

I checked my portal and what I saw is you are not validated to be pay for the month of September also you did not submit your timesheet for the month of August .So I want to ask who is the cause of all these problems? It’s me or the secretariat

When are going to pay us?
Please am a newly recuit traniee but I have not been paid since I started working and when I checked my portal the payment history was processing payment. Please I want to know how long it will take before the payment will be made? Thanks
Please I uploaded my assumption of duty form in June 2019 but have not received any stipend until today that I saw in my portal that I was not validated for payment. Meanwhile, I was submitting my time sheet from the June 2019 up to date. Also, there were some months that they said my validation has not been approved. Only three months that I had a good news that they are processing them for payment. Please what should I do?

i recieved a transfer message from nabco last year and my former coordinator told me that he will not validate me all because i did not show him the message.i also recieved double payment and dont know what to do.the double payment occured because i attended interview before ghana federation for disable called me for another interview

Payment validation not approved is what I see. Please that one is as a result of what?
Meaning they are still working on your payment for the said month. If the remark is for March stipends, then there is no problem as the validation is currently ongoing.
Please when are they going to pay the newly recruit since November.

Please do you have any idea the duration of ‘processing payment’? It’s been almost 2 weeks now and still the same. I need the money to stock up due to the food challenges and the spread of the virus.
