NABCO Trainees to Be Permanently Employ By President Akoffu Addo
For some months now, The leadership of the NABCO trainees Association of Ghana (NABTAG) has been preaching the Permemnet employment agenda.

In showing their concern and seriousness towards this agenda, NABTAG wrote a petition to the President of Ghana, forwarded to the presidency through the Ashanti Regional Minister.
After taking such a move, there were different concerns from a cross-section of these trainees.
Most of them are of the strong belief that, the president will listen to the petition while others also think nothing good will come out of this petition.
A recent development was that the President has received the petition and has engaged the various stakeholders to solicit their view regarding the trainee’s petition.
After a series of deliberation with the relevant stakeholders, the president has finally agreed to transition some NABCO trainees to the permanent employment.
A circular sighted by us from the NABTAG president confirm this claim.
In that circular, the NABTAG President categorically stated that Government is done with the stakeholder engagements with the various agencies to recruit NABCO trainees as permanent staff.
That, a portal has been created for trainees to select the agency they would like to work with.

In view of this, a portal has been created for trainees to select the agency they would like to work with
However; those who do not want permanent employment but rather prefer the other exit pathways such as ENTREPRENEURSHIP or FURTHER STUDIES can also select their preferred Pathway for the necessary support
NB: The portal will be opened soon hopefully by next week for this application

Confess nabco,NPP will lose this election because of this useless program call nabco
Say it and say it, over and over and over again. How can this simple logic become a bad news to some trainees.
Trainees received overpayment and refunded back that monies and they have to stop receiving allowances.
4 years ago when I was called to be pollen agent at Volta region from Oti.
1 full year in NABCO my name was deleted.
2 year in NABCO my name was added and received overpayment and till then no allowances. Hmmmmmmmmmmmm
Now a member of Oti 4 Npp 2020 complain team member and my electoral arrea.
How do I use NABCO to compain in this situations.
I’m yet to make my final decisions.

May i know the number of months you’ve refunded? Were you given a receipt from the Regional Coordinator after the refund? If yes then please have some patience you shall be sorted out soon. Those who have refunded the full 1-year payment have started getting their arrears . So please never give up and lose hope. Soon you’ll be sorted. Thanks for your patiences.
I refunded one full year money. I did the refund my self and send the original pay-in-slep to my coordinator.
