NABCO Monitoring Form: See Some of the Data About Trainees to Be Taken From Line Manager

The NABCO Regional Monitoring teams are expected to begin intensive monitoring and evaluation of all NABCO trainees across Ghana Starting from 1st July 2021 to 30th October 2021.

The exercise aimed at obtaining information regarding trainee’s attitudes towards work and also receive feedback that will help in the smooth transitioning of trainees into permanent Employment, further learning, and entrepreneurship as stated earlier in their exit pathway plans.

Starting from 1st July 2021, A team of monitors will visit all trainee’s places of work to take some data on each trainee and also solicit their line manager’s feedback regarding the trainee’s stay at work.

As a NABCO trainee, you are required to present some documents to the monitoring team when they visit your institution.

Also, you’ll be asked to provide them with some basic data such as Trainees qualification, Date of Birth, NABCO Reference Number, NSS Number, Institution attended, year of completion, Career Pathway Selected, e.t.c.

Below are the Detailed information/Data Needed From the Line Manager and Trainees During the monitoring exercise. You can make them available as and when you are asked to provide them by the RMTs.
