The NABCO Career pathways transition portal was open for all NABCO trainees who have the intention of being on the scheme.

This was to enable them chose among the three transition plans. In the Earlier dates of November 2020, the portal was designed and open for all eligible trainees to login and submit their applications.

A few months later, trainees under the educate Ghana Module were directed to login and update their Licensure Exams ID to enable the Authority to get a clearer view and status of these educated Ghana trainees.

In the later dates, all trainees who failed to submit their application on the CPTP were seen as non-active trainees by NABCO and were scheduled to be deleted from the programme.

When the payment for February 2021 was made, these trainees were not paid because they refused to complete the Career Pathways Transition process.

Because of the increasing number of complaints by these trainees, NABCO later decided to reopen the portal for the last time for those who fall under such category to login and complete the process.

Now the Process has been completed and NABCO has begun to work on the permanent Job Process.

In doing so, they’ve decided to send a notification to all trainees who have completed and submitted their application telling them of their status.
