For the past week the NABCO career pathways transition portal created by NABCO for trainees, permanent job application remains unfunctional. The site when visited took not less than 20 minutes to be able to load the first page.

This causes most trainees some frustration and disappointment. Serries of complaints were made and a lot of negative comments also passed by these trainees.
Now, it seems NABCO has taken all these comments seriously and has now reworked on their career pathway portal in other to achieve its purpose.
A recent check on the portal shows that a lot of work has been done on the portal to take care of the slow loading of the portal.

Please the name of my institution is not in the education column to be selected yet I’m being told to select an institution. What do I do?

Please, the system is too difficult. As at now , my district is only 3 trainees who were able to go through seccesfuly . I’m not even sure if they were able to do the right thing. Hmmm
