The NABCO monitoring exercise is aimed at obtaining information regarding trainee’s attitudes towards work and also receive feedback that will help in the smooth transitioning of trainees into permanent Employment, further learning, and entrepreneurship as stated earlier in their exit pathway plans.

The Monitoring exercise began on the 1st July 2021. Regional Monitoring teams were formed to monitor trainees in all 16 regions of Ghana. The exercise was scheduled by Modules, with Educate Ghana Trainees being the first to be monitored.

As of 30th July 2021, details of almost all Trainees who were at the post under the Educate Ghana Module when the monitoring teams visited their placement institutions were taken and sent to the HQ.

Trainees (Educate Ghana) whose details were not captured by the Regional Monitoring team are either not at post or were placed in an institution other than the Education sector. In that case, you as a trainee will have to draw the attention of your coordinator or any of the NABCO Monitoring team for your information to be taken.

Per the information gathered, if your details are not captured by the Monitoring team., it means you are not a post or vacated post. For that matter, you “MAY” not be further process as a CPTP trainee.

NABCO July 2021 Validation is Done, When will the Stipend Be Paid?

In our Last stipend update, were reported on the July 2021 stipends payment validation. In that update, we made mention that, the validation for payment of July 2021 stipends was opened and scheduled to close on 29th July 2021 at noon.

As usual, trainees will expect payment to be made once the validation has been done.

When you take look at your NABCO portal, you will either see Processing Payment as a remark or Not validated by the District, that is if you’re not eligible for payment in July 2021.

Seeing this remark means the NABCO paying department is working on the trainee’s data submitted for payment by their coordinators.

When to Expect Payment?

According to a close source, the July 2021 Stipend is likely to be paid in the first week of August 2021. If that’s true, then trainees should expect their July 2021 Stipends to be paid from Monday 2nd August 2021 to Friday 6th August 2021.
