As a BECE 2024 Graduate expected to be placed in any of the Senior high and technical Vacation schools in Ghana, You are expected to print your placement form and the enrolment, fill it out, and endorse it.

- BECE Results/Certificate
- Passport Size Picture
After getting these two forms from the CSSPS portal, the next thing you should do is to get your BECE Results together with a passport-size picture and head to your placement schools.
Once you are at the school, you will be directed to the Assistant headmaster/headmistress in charge of the Academic office.
Here, you’ll be required to place/submit the necessary documents to the office and hand over the admission letter, together with a list of items to be brought to the school when reporting on the 30th of October, 2024.
Wola! You are done with the registration process, and all you’ll need to do is wait for the reopening day set for the first-year students. Then you can report to the school and begin your studies.

How to Check Your SHS/BECE/CSSPS Placement Checker
- Visit the CSSPS website: www.cssps.org or www.cssps.gov.gh
- Select the check placement option on the page to continue the process.
- Provide your e-voucher PIN and Index Number (i.e after successful purchase in the steps above) and click on proceed.
- After that, you placement school will be displayed for you.
- Finally, click on confirm and print changes.

small suggestion for next year.
Can GES issue an instrument for all SHS in the country to have online portals for admission purposes. I saw lots of schools have but not all.
In an information age like the twenty first century, it will speed up the admission process, save a lot of lost time and every student will receive admission letters online from their respective schools without anyone necessary going to their
school in person.
I read during the wait but I pray it will be enforced
