This is to help the coordinators with the smooth validation and payment of their stipends for the month.

As of 22/06/2020, trainees have started picking and submitting their Timesheet for the month of June. These trainees are of the hope that they will get paid in time as they do for MAY.

Now information sighted by our team shows that the online validation portal has been open for all District and Regional Coordinators to begin the validation process for the payment of trainees June stipends.

That, trainees, who are eligible for payment of the June allowances will begin to receive payment messages once the validation process is done.

Trainees can go to their portal and check the payment remark for June. If a trainee has already been validated and approved by the Regional Coordinator, such a trainee will see“Processing Payment” as the remark on the portal.

In case you check your portal and see “Not Validated By District Coordinator” or “Validation Not Approved”, then you have to exercise some patience and check after some days since the validation is currently ongoing at the various Districts level.

If you’re part of the overpaid trainees and have refunded all the money overpaid to you, then you should also see either “processing payment”, or “Validation not approved” as a remark on your portal.
