Most trainees who had the message were happy to have received such messages. While those who didn’t get the message became worried because of the rumors heard regarding the receiving of such message.

There have been some rumors that trainees who had the CPTP message are those to be considered for permanent employment.

In light of that, The rest of the trainees without the message were worried and are looking to know if the rumors heard are true or false.

These trainees also want to know why they’ve completed and submitted their application on the NABCO career pathways transition process but still did had the completion message.

In getting the answers to these trainees, we have decided to consider this simple analysis.

Trainees didn’t get the message because the NABCO bulk Message may have been sent randomly.

Trainees who didn’t receive the message will only be worried if their Payment for February was not made with the reason being uncompleted Career pathways.

Those trainees without messages are not to be deleted from the programme and will not be left out of the permanent job when the time is due if and only if they have submitted their application on the CPTP.

If you’ve had your February payment and your March payment validation history says “Processing Payment”, then you should not be worried about you not getting such a message sent.

You are still on the programme and will continue to be on the programme just like the rest of the trainees with the message.
