As a BECE 2023 Graduate, who is expected be placed in any of the Senior high and technical Vacation schools in Ghana, You are expected to print your placement form together with the enrolment, fill it out, and endorsed it.

After getting these two forms from the CSSPS portal, the next thing you should do is to get your BECE Results together with a passport-size picture, and head to your placement schools.

Once you are at the school, you will be directed to the Assistant headmaster/headmistress in charge of the Academic office.

Here, you’ll be required to place/submit the necessary documents to the office and handed over with the admission letter, together with a list of items to be brought to the school when reporting on the 4th of December 2023.

Wola! You are done with the registration process and all you’ll need to do is to wait for the reopening day set for the first-year students then you can report to the school and begin your studies.

3. Enter the desired quantity; the total will calculate automatically.

5. Click “Proceed to Payment”.

6. Select Mobile Money, enter your number, and verify with the OTP.

7. Confirm payment on your phone.

8. Receive an SMS confirmation of your reservation and your checker will be sent once placements are released.

How to Check Your SHS/BECE/CSSPS Placement Checker

Visit the CSSPS website: www.cssps.org or www.cssps.gov.gh
Select the check placement option on the page to continue the process.
Provide your e-voucher PIN and Index Number (i.e after successful purchase in the steps above) and click on proceed.
After that, you placement school will be displayed for you.
Finally, click on confirm and print changes.
