On the 15th of June 2021, Most of the NABCO trainees received the above message which seems confusing to some of them because the message was not clear for them. We have received a lot of complaint from a cross section of the trainees seeking clarification for the above message.

If you are one of those who seem not to understand what the above message is up to, then below is ‘sighted’ clarification for that message from NABCO.

For some months now there has been a ‘conflict’ between GHIPSS and the Auditor and Accountant General’s payroll as to the eligibility of some trainees to receive pay.

Most trainees have been absorbed onto the main government payroll yet they are still on NABCO payroll receiving stipends.

The system has detected the anomaly and this is largely the reason for the delay in stipend payment for some months now because those culpable need to be rooted out to purge the system.

To help speed up the cleansing,  trainees have begun receiving messages urging them to decline on their portals if they have already gained permanent employment onto the A&AG payroll.

If you haven’t been already employed on the A & AG payroll please ignore above  message sent by NABCO.
