If you can recall somewhere April 2020 Nabco made a mistake by paying some trainees monies which they are not due. after such an incident, some trainees were kind enough to refund the overpaid amount while others refused to refund after receiving a directive from NABCO.

6 months after this incident, NABCO overpaid trainees who have successfully refunded their money were left with no pay. Several attempts have been made for their payment by district coordinators with no results.

On several occasions, there has been a report regarding the payments for these trainees. In the last report, we made it clear that these trainees according to the source will be paid before August 2020 stipends for regular trainees are paid. This hasn’t been materialized due to some challenges faced we learned.

Now the new information gathered is that trainees who have successfully refunded all their overpaid money will begin to get their payment starting next week.

That, they’ve earlier wanted to pay all trainees with arrears before they Pay August stipends but due to some circumstances beyond their control, they have to reschedule the payment to next week.

As an overpaid trainee, this should be welcoming news to you. For all you know., You are going to get all the arrears starting March to August 2020.

Meanwhile, trainees who have not fully refund their overpaid money or refused to refund at all will have to wait for any future updates concerning their plight. These trainees will not get any payment once NABCO decides to pay those who have fully refunded their monies.
