NABCO Trainees With Overpayment Issues will Soon Be Paid, See Details Below
The issues of overpayment started early in the month of April 2020 when NABCO mistakenly paid some trainees monies they were not due.

These trainees after receiving such a huge amount by mistake were later directed to visit their District office to make the refund of any amount they are not due to their Coordinator.
Some trainees did as directed whiles others failed to do so. Subsequently, the allowance for both trainees who have refunded the monies and that of hardening ear trainees who refused to refund then ceases to come.
Whenever stipends are paid, these trainees who have refunded their money are not paid.
Most of them always tried to get answers but all they get from the District officers is that “they are working on them”.
In our earlier report, we made mention that, trainees who have successfully refunded fully, the overpaid amount will soon get their money.
These trainees always ask how soon. They want to get a specific date and months for them to feel at ease.
Now, information gathered from an authentic source shows that these overpaid trainees will soon get paid. That trainees who have refunded the full amount will be paid first before those with part refunds.
If our sources turned out to be true, then refund overpaid trainees are likely to get their stipends arrears before March 31, 2021.
If there will be any delay in the payment, then the arrears for these trainees should hit their accounts in the early month of April 2021.
All trainees with overpayment issues will be sorted if and only if they’ve fully refunded the said amounts.

Meanwhile, Some trainees with arrears have been paid their arrears in full. These trainees include those with Not Eligible Remark, Duplicate E-zwich, and Wrong USN problem.

Please I don’t understand what is happening now. Am with Ghana Ambulance Emergency Response Centre. I have not been paid since January to July. And anytime my Coordinator validated me regional says NOT REPORTED as remarks. What they say is they are working on it since January. We almost getting to December now.HMMM..
Please you face such problem because you’ve not reported at your original place of posting on the NABCO portal. If you’ve been reposted, what you need to do is to get an introductory letter from your current MIPs and then submit it together with your Assumption of dity form to Your coordinator. He will send the documents to the Regional and they will also forward them to the HQ for rectification. Do that and your issue will be solved. Thanks
Please I have been posted to Ghana Ambulance Emergency Response Centre , ECC National Security we pick the 112 calls that is our work there. That is where I was posted to I have my assumption of duty form. So pls don’t know where again I was posted to.
Then let your immediate supervisor at the current institution write an introductory letter for you. Send the letter together with your assumption of duty to the NABCO coordinator. He/she will forward them to the HQ for rectification. Best Regards.
Hmmm everyday very soon and the soon never comes
People are suffering to survive
If NABCO is not ready to pay us our money after refunding the overpaid money, they should tell us to stop the work.
Please nabco Secretariat is not trying to promote the the government agenda at all.
Why should trainees work for 6 months without pay, just because of mistake cause by Secretariat.
The only thing day can tell us is “very soon”. We’re tied of that grammar.

Is very painful, how can i be punished for someone mistakes? The most painful thing is the we still pick car to work everyday. Please have refunded all your money so please pay me. Everyday very soon but you will pay some and leave some of us.
