In that update, we stated this to be the last Chance NABCO will consider trainees who couldn’t submit their applications. But little do we know that trainees who still could not submit their application after the said deadline of 31 January 2021 will be deleted.

A Social media circular sighted by our teams which was purported to have come from the NABCO HQ revealed that “The transition process is part of the scheme’s processes towards exits, and is therefore presumed that any legitimate trainee who has not completed the CPTP is no longer on this scheme.”

This means trainees who still refused to login and submit their application to the career pathway portal will be removed from the programme.

According to the HQ “The CPTP thereafter shall not be reopened again and all those who have not completed shall at this point seem to have exited from the scheme”

“Also note that those who before, during or after completing the CPTP got permanently employed must follow the process and declined or else this could affect the just gained employment during the MIP Processes and investigations.”

In another WhatsApp circular, Trainees were seen to have been updated by their Coordinator concerning this new development and subsequently advised THEM to try and submit their application before the otherwise happens. See an excerpt of the Circular below.

ATTENTION ATTENTION!!

PLEASE TAKE YOUR TIME AND READ THIS MESSAGE

Good morning trainees.

Information received from the  HQ was that the NABCO career pathways portal has been reopened for trainees who couldn’t submit their application to do so.

According to HQ, the transition process is part of the scheme’s processes towards exits, and is therefore presumed that any legitimate trainee who has not completed the CPTP is no longer on this scheme.

However, before they can enforce the above presumption, they have decided to reopen the CPTP again to enable legitimate trainees to complete the process.

So by this Notice, all trainees who couldn’t Submit their application are advised to login and finish up the process before 31/01/2021.

That, Any trainees who still refused to do so will be permanently deleted from the NABCO programme with no further consideration.

Please, fellow trainees, try and login to complete your application before the otherwise happens.

As I said earlier, anyone having challenges can call for further assistant.

If you’ve already submitted your application, you can still confirm to see whether the application was received.

To do so, just visit the career pathways link and enter your NABCO REFERENCE NUMBER. If your application was received at the HQ, you will get feedback that says:

ACCESS DENIED, YOUR CAREER PATHWAYS INFORMATION HAS BEEN SUBMITTED.

Otherwise, you should proceed to finish up your registration.
