Earlier this week, we updated you on the Payment of Trainees With Arrears which includes Heal Ghana trainees and a section of Revenue Ghana trainees who were not paid.

In that update, we stated that plans are already put in place to pay these trainees and if everything goes as we were told, payment is likely to begin soon.

An update from the leadership of NABCO trainees later confirm the earlier information we had.

HEG Trainees and section of REG trainees with outstanding Sept/Oct stipends have it being worked on ‘in their own interest some ways’.

“Any arrears owed will equally be processed and paid subsequently” – NABCO headquarters.

PERMANENT EMPLOYMENT/SELF DISCIPLINE:

As NABTAG leadership has always been assuring NABCO Trainees of the permanent employment for eligible colleagues despite challenges, trainees are advised to follow all directives at the district to avoid any ’embarrassment’ as processes are far advanced to bear expected fruits;(Permanent Employment under Public Sector, Permanent Employment under Private Sector and Entrepreneurship/YouStart).

NABCO Headquarters on behalf of the government, MIPs, and stakeholders consultations ongoing.

Therefore we urge all trainees to refrain from activities/conducts that will derail the efforts of the government to get us permanent employment as we remain at post pending permanent arrangements
