A circular was sighted by golearnershub.com staff which was purported to have been sent by a District coordinator to all trainees. In the circular, it shows that some NABCO trainees have been receiving double salaries.

These trainees according to the content of the circular were using different e-zwich cards to carry out these activities.

From the circular, it was also indicated that some trainees are on the government payroll but still enjoying the NABCO Monthly stipends.

PLEASE WE ENTREAT EACH AND EVERY TRAINEE TO TAKE TIME AND READ THIS CIRCULAR CAREFULLY

Good evening to you all.

Please information reaching us is that the NABCO Secretariat has identified some trainees to have been receiving double salaries since/during the period of operation.

These trainees are either with NSS, YEA, FORESTRY, GOVERNMENT PAYROLL/PERMANENTLY EMPLOYED, AND OTHER GOVERNMENT Initiatives.

Most of these trainees according to the findings are using different E-zwich cards to carry out these activities.

That now, the system has been made in such a way that it can auto-detect their activity.

So the secretariat in other to make things easy for such trainees and also have empathy on them is giving them the chance to Decline their appointment NOW.

These trainees have from now to the end of July 2020 to decline their appointment otherwise have themselves to be blamed.

That, The system shall continue to validate and verify where there are uncertainties on the true identity of certain individuals, and their actions regarding multiple registrations, multiple usages of eZwich cards under multiple identities.

These issues according to the HQ would soon be referred to relevant agencies for possible criminal investigations and prosecutions.

Failure to adhere to these directives and reminders could lead to possible administrative and legal actions including but not limited to full retrieval of all stipends ever paid regardless when the individual gained permanent employment but failed to decline from the scheme.

Please as a matter of urgency, we implore each and everyone who finds himself or herself under this category to try and do the necessary thing by declining in other not to find yourself wanted when the otherwise happens. Peace ✌️
