NABCO 2024 Timesheet Upload Validation Remarks On The Portal With Their Meanings

Most trainees have seen some confusing remarks and are looking for further clarification.

We’ve decided to look at them and have come up with explanations that are nearest to the trainee’s comprehension.

So, if you have any concerns with a remark on your portal, you can see the comments below and their explanation.

Timesheet Received  & Being Vetted For Verification and Other Payrolls and Validation By MIPs

When you see this comment on your portal against the payment history, it means the NABCO authority has officially received your timesheet. Thus, you have successfully passed the first system auto-verification steps. Now, it’s up to the NABCO official to manually verify your eligibility with CAG and your MIPs. With this remark, you have no issue with your timesheet upload. Just wait for further verification to be carried out by the NABCO Authority.

Not in the Master list

Most trainees had this kind of feedback as a comment on their payment history on the portal. The “Not in the Masterlist” means your name was not submitted for monthly payment during the last year’s payment (November 2021 and December 2021). This remark is usually found under your December 2021 payment status.

This may be due to some reason only known to your District/Regional coordinator or the HQ.

To rectify this problem, you must report to the district coordinator so he can also forward the case to the regional coordinator, who will, in the end, forward the issue to HQ for rectification and payment of stipends for the said month.

However, as it stands now, NABCO has not engaged any coordinators in this exercise. Hence, you have nothing to do with this issue unless NABCO decides otherwise. All you must do is wait for the January 2022-August 2022 payment. 

Payment Not validated By the District.

This remark concerns trainees who are yet to be validated for stipends for a particular month. With the recent timesheet upload, trainees were expected to upload the timesheet for December 2021 to August 2022. When uploading the timesheet, most trainees made a mistake and chose 2024 as the year for the timesheet upload instead of 2022. As a result, the system could not automatically find their 2022 Timesshet on the portal due to the wrong year selection. In this case, the NABCO authority can help solve this issue when they begin to do a manual verification of the timesheet.

Validated By District But Not Approve by Regional

Trainees see these kinds of remarks after the district coordinator has validated them at the district level, and it’s left to the regional coordinator to approve/reject them.

The NABCO system is designed to work dually.

The coordinator at the district will first validate his or her trainee based on the submitted timesheet and other work dynamics; then, once the validation is done at the district level, it will be forwarded to the regional level for the regional coordinator to approve.

So if your District Coordinator finished his part of the validation and submitted it, but the regional coordinator who has to approve all the districts within the region has not yet started approving your district list, then you will get this remark on your portal until he/she approves it before the status will change to payment processing.

Payment Processing

The payment processing remarks show you have been validated and approved for payment. This means you should expect your payment of stipends anytime soon.

Not Submitted TimeSheet

Once you see this remark on your portal, what it means is straightforward. Either you’ve not submitted your timesheet for the month, or maybe you submitted an unendorsed timesheet.

Even though some trainees had such remarks due to a system glitch being worked on, most had such a message because they failed to submit their timesheets.

Declined

Some trainees have also commented that they’ve resigned from NABCO, which is not the case.

In most cases, trainees get such messages due to misrepresentation by either the coordinator or the trainee.

There is an instance where a coordinator might intend to validate a trainee as resigned but mistakenly validate another trainee with such a reason.

If you had such remarks and know very well that you’ve not resigned, you are advised to immediately report the issue to your coordinator for further actions.

Under Investigation

Trainees with this kind of remark are mostly those who had an overpayment last year. These remarks should only be seen under the March 2020 validation history. But if you see Under Investigation as your remarks for other months, you should consider seeing your coordinator for further explanation and correction.

Under Disciplinary Action

Trainees are disciplined if they go against any of the NABCO rules and regulations. Most people with this kind of remark either refused to refund their overpaid amount or have campaigned and rallied against the NABCO programme. If you are one of those with such statements, you must check yourself and look for a possible solution and rectification through your district coordinator.

Deceased

This comment is a self-explanatory one. If a trainee passes away (died), he or she is deemed to be deceased.

      No, the portal was active, and there was no network issue.
      The system was smoothly running. The only problem was those with the password reset issue, which was later corrected.

      No. If you were not employed before the contract came to an end, you are still eligible for payment. Only those who were employed then will be affected.

    Pls what about we those who where reposted from GRA to another place to work and has no receive any money but the system has indicated that we have been paid by GRA mean wile we have not received any money since September 2021 update
