NABCO Uncompleted Career Pathways Remark: Why You Had that Remark & How to Solve it

Not quite long, the Validation for February 2021 stipends payments was done by all District Coordinators. The Validation later was forwarded to the Regional Coordinators for approval.

Upon their approval, All trainees who are eligible for February 2021 stipends begun to see the payment remarks as “Processing Payment” while those who are not eligible will see the reason being stated against the February remarks.

Among these, not eligible remarks were the issue of Uncompleted Career Pathways. This remark seems new to most trainees and for that matter are unsure what it means.

If you have this remark on your portal against the February validation, then in this article, we are going to tell you why you had such a remark and how to get your issue address by the relevant stakeholders.

Trainees with “Uncompleted career pathways” remarks are those who have not submitted their Career pathways application when it was open, those who couldn’t complete the application or (and) have completed the application but due to some system glitch, they are prone to such remarks.

Which Ever been the case, this is how you can approach the issue.

If you can recall, in one of our articles we’ve gisted you that, trainees who did not submit or Completed the Transition process will be deleted from  NABCO because these trainees are deemed to be inactive trainees on the scheme.

So from what we are gathering, the deletion of these trainees from the programme is starting from this month February 2021 hence the remarks “Uncompleted Career Pathways”.

What to do if you’ve submitted your Application but still see this remark on your Portal?

If you are sure of submitting your application but still sees this remark, then what you can do is to inform your District Coordinator immediately.  This is because there might be a problem with the portal which may result in you having these Remarks.

Earlier, when trainees were told to update their Licensure exams ID, we’ve received some complaints where most trainees couldn’t login to the portal with the reason being Not submitted or Completed Transition process. But Later, these trainees were able to log in and update the licensure exams ID.

So if you are also seeing this remark on your portal and have submitted your application, then it might be that there is some system error somewhere that needs to be addressed immediately by your District coordinator before is too late.

What to do if you’ve Actually not Submitted your Application??

For now, there is nothing you can do. You have to wait and see what NABCO will have for you. Maybe they will give you a final chance to do so, or may let you submit your details with a tangible reason why you couldn’t submit your application for them to rectify the issue for you through the District and the Regional Coordinator.

    good day, am a nabco personal and my january 2021 stipends has not been paid but on my portal it was indicated as paid but later on it has changed to not validated by the district

      Please contact your District Coordinator for revalidation. The portal has been open for them to re-validate those with genuine problems. thanks
