NABCO: April Validation done, See When to Expect Payment of Stipends

Somewhere last week, April Stipend payment validation was opened for all District and Regional Coordinators to begin the validation of trainees for April Allowance.

“Validations for April 2020 Trainee Stipend Payment has been opened and fully functional from today Thursday, April 23 to Thursday, April 30, 2020. The system shall close at 17:00GMT (5 pm) on April 30, 2020, which is the deadline for all DCs and RCs to validate and approve payments.”

From the Validation circular sent to the various Districts and Regional Coordinators, it indicated that The Online Validation process will end on April 30, 2020.

This means each and every coordinator is supposed to start and finished the Validation before 1, May 2020.

As of May 2, validation was closed and the trainee’s payment history on the portal was changed from “Not Validated” to “Payment Processing”.

A cross-checking with some stakeholders shows that validation for April was done and payment of trainees stipends for the said month ‘may’ begin from Wednesday 6, May to 11, May 2020.

Another source of ours also told us that, the payment of trainee’s stipends for the month of April, ‘may’ delay and can bypass the above-stated date because of the issue of overpayment of some trainees a few weeks ago.

If you can recall, some weeks back, we updated you on the overpayment of some trainees by NABCO.

These trainees were supposed to refund the overpaid amount to their various coordinators which some did but most refused to abide by the instruction.
